Customer service
eXtra Bahrain's delivery and Tabby pages do not list a phone number, WhatsApp line, email address or support hours. For payment problems on a Tabby plan, the Tabby page points you to Tabby's own help centre.
Delivery options and times
An order under BHD 10 pays BHD 3 for home delivery. Above BHD 10, standard delivery costs nothing, but only for selected products in the TV and entertainment, computing, smart tech, large appliance and kitchen ranges. You choose a delivery date at checkout and get a notification when the order is dispatched.
If a small-item order is confirmed by 2pm, it leaves the warehouse that day and reaches you by 9pm, a promise eXtra suspends while the Mega Sale runs. Large items and split ACs are delivered the next day, and ordering before midnight secures your preferred slot. Split AC installation is not included automatically: select it as an option when buying, for BHD 16.
Tracking and changing the date
Orders can be tracked online at any time. For large items you can move the delivery date free of charge right up to the delivery date itself. eXtra Bahrain does not publish how to change a delivery address.
Cancellations and returns
A cancellation or return procedure, return window and refund time for Bahrain are not published on the pages we read. The Tabby page confirms that refunds follow eXtra's own policy for returns and cancellations, so ask eXtra Bahrain for the current terms before you buy a large item you may want to send back.
Refunds on Tabby orders
Once eXtra registers a return or cancellation with Tabby, the refund is applied to your plan. If the refund is smaller than what you still owe, your remaining payments shrink by that amount. If it is larger, the remaining payments are cancelled and the difference is paid back to you. For example, with BHD 300 still to pay and a BHD 100 refund, BHD 200 remains across the later payments.

Any Bahrain resident over 18 can use Tabby at eXtra. Your limit depends on the product type and your Tabby history, up to a maximum of BHD 700, and Tabby charges no interest or fees on payments made on time. Do I get split AC fitting with an eXtra Bahrain AC purchase?
Not automatically. You need to select installation as an option when you buy the AC, and it costs BHD 16. Split ACs are delivered the next day, so add installation at checkout rather than after the order is placed.
What is the eXtra Bahrain return policy?
It is not published on the pages we read. The Tabby terms say refunds follow eXtra's policy for returns and cancellations, but the delivery page gives no return window or procedure. Ask eXtra Bahrain about the current terms before buying, and keep the packaging until you are sure about the item.
