Customer service
No phone number, email address or service hours appear in our Oman facts, so use the contact options on the Oman site. Two moments call for a quick message: before ordering to an address outside Muscat, to ask about any remote-area charge, and within 48 hours of delivery if you need to return something.
Delivery across Oman
Every Omani order crosses the border from the UAE. The main courier does not reach every part of the country: far-off addresses can be passed to another delivery company, and that final leg may cost more. If your address is far from the main cities, ask what the final delivery will cost before placing the order.
Duty is your cost as the recipient, on top of the OMR total. ID documents may also be requested, either by customs or at delivery, so keep your ID within reach when the parcel is due.
Changing or cancelling an order

How to return or exchange
Omani customers get two days after delivery to ask for their money and five days to ask for a swap, provided nothing has been opened.

- Message the support team inside the two-day refund window or the five-day exchange window.
- Confirm the item is not from clearance, which is not returnable.
- Send it back following the instructions given, then wait for approval.
When the refund arrives
Approval starts a 7 to 14 working-day wait before the amount shows on your original payment method. Counting only working days, a refund approved on a Sunday could take up to about three weeks to appear in the slowest case.

I live outside Muscat. Will delivery cost more?
It might. Dr. Nutrition says remote areas of Oman may be served by a third-party carrier at extra cost. The company does not publish which areas count as remote or how much is added, so ask customer service with your exact address before you order.
Which documents could I need for an Oman delivery?
ID documents may be requested, by customs or at the door. Customs charges are also collected from the recipient. Keep your ID ready on delivery day and reply quickly to any document request from the courier, since a parcel held at customs waits until the paperwork is complete.
How long until my refund shows up?
Between 7 and 14 working days after Dr. Nutrition approves the return, paid to the method you used. The clock starts at approval, not on the day you send the item back, so allow for the return transit to the UAE and the inspection before that.
Can I return a product after opening it to check the smell?
No. Both the 48-hour refund option and the 5-day exchange option apply to unopened items only. If you are unsure about a product, read its page carefully before ordering or ask customer service, and keep the seal intact until you have decided to keep it.
What if I notice a problem on day 3?
The refund window has closed by then, since it lasts 48 hours from receipt, but an exchange is still possible until day 5 for an unopened, non-clearance product. Contact customer service the same day and explain the issue so the exchange can be arranged in time.
Is the OMR price on the site the full cost?
Not always. Customs charges are added for the recipient, and remote areas may carry a third-party delivery fee. The site total covers the products and the courier fee shown at checkout. Add the other two before deciding whether the online price beats a local alternative.
