Delivery to Oman
Orders placed from Oman arrive within 7 business days. Our records give no separate timing for Muscat or for other governorates, and no express option.
Since a working week plus weekends is close to ten calendar days, order gifts for Eid or weddings two weeks ahead. The Oman delivery fee is not in our records and shows at checkout.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days from delivery, provided they are in original condition: unused, complete and in their packaging. Anything made from oud or incense is final sale, with neither return nor exchange, which matters if bakhoor or oud is on your list.

Refunds

When will a Boutiqaat parcel reach Salalah?
Boutiqaat gives one figure for Oman: 7 business days for orders placed from Oman. Our records do not show a different time for Salalah or other governorates. If the seventh working day passes, contact Boutiqaat through its support site or the app with your order number.
I opened a perfume from Boutiqaat and do not like it. Can I return it in Oman?
Probably not. Oman returns require the item to be in its original condition, and an opened, sprayed perfume no longer meets that. Unopened items have the normal 14-day window after delivery. If the perfume is oud-based, it is excluded regardless.
Can I exchange bakhoor for a different blend?
No. Incense and its derivatives cannot be exchanged or returned, and bakhoor falls into that group. Treat incense purchases as final: start with a blend you already know, or buy a small quantity to test before ordering more.
Which cards does Boutiqaat accept in Oman?
Credit and debit cards are accepted, along with Apple Pay. Our records do not name specific networks or a local debit scheme for Oman. If a card is declined, Apple Pay linked to a different card is the other route on record.
