How to use a Boots code
- Open the Boots site for your country (ae.boots.com, kw.boots.com or sa.boots.com), since each store has its own prices, delivery rules and offers.
- Add products to the basket and check the offer sections first, where multi-buy deals and Aura member prices appear without any code.
- If you have a promo code, enter it in the basket or at checkout and apply it before choosing delivery.
- Check the delivery line: in the UAE it drops to zero above AED 149 and in Kuwait above KWD 12, while in Saudi Arabia the cart shows which fee applies.
- Pay by card or Apple Pay (or KNET in Kuwait). Cash on delivery is currently unavailable in all three countries, and Boots has no cashback codes.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
Boots Kuwait charges KWD 2.500 for standard delivery and drops the fee on orders above KWD 12. Delivery takes 1 to 2 days. KWD 12 is a low bar for a pharmacy order, so a couple of everyday items usually take a small basket over it. Same-day delivery is currently unavailable in Kuwait, according to the delivery page.
Click & Collect is unusually quick here. Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days, the same as home delivery and faster than in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, and the store holds them for 7 business days. If you live near a branch and your basket is under KWD 12, collecting may be the simplest way to avoid the delivery charge, although the pages we read did not state a fee for Click & Collect itself.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
Returns in Kuwait follow a 14-day rule: bring the product and the invoice to a Boots store within two weeks. The Kuwait page does not mention a courier collection, so an online order has to be returned through a branch.
If the product arrived faulty or you received the wrong item, the delivery fee is refunded along with the product. For any other reason, the KWD 2.500 you paid for delivery is not returned. Because the free delivery line is so low in Kuwait, the easiest way to avoid losing that fee is simply to make sure your order is above KWD 12. Keep the invoice from your order email or the parcel, as the store needs it to process the return.
Paying in Kuwait
Boots Kuwait accepts cards, KNET and Apple Pay. KNET is the useful one for many residents, since it lets you pay straight from a local bank account without a credit card. Cash on delivery is currently unavailable, so one of these three is needed for every online order.
Unlike the UAE and Saudi stores, Boots Kuwait does not list a buy now, pay later option, so instalments are not available on the Kuwait site as far as its payment page shows. That matters little for most pharmacy baskets, which tend to be small. No bank-card or KNET promotions are listed for Boots Kuwait in our data, and there are no current promo codes either, so the price you see after on-site offers is the price you pay, whichever method you choose.

Before you pay at Boots in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from KWD 12; below that it costs KWD 2.500. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Boots in Kuwait
- Make sure the basket tops KWD 12, since a single extra item is usually cheaper than the KWD 2.500 fee.
- Use Click & Collect if you are near a branch; in Kuwait it is ready in 1 to 2 days, as fast as delivery.
- Pay with KNET or Apple Pay, as cash on delivery and pay-later options are not offered on the Kuwait site.
- Look for multi-buy deals in the offer sections, which are the main discount at Boots Kuwait while no codes are listed.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| UAE | 2 | Free delivery on orders above AED 149 | AED 149 | 14 days |

Each country has its own store, currency and code list. A code from one country usually won’t work in another.

KWD 12. Orders above that amount get free standard delivery, and smaller orders pay KWD 2.500. Delivery takes 1 to 2 days. Because the threshold is low, adding one everyday item to a small basket is usually the cheaper option.
Does Boots Kuwait deliver on the same day?
Not at the moment. The Kuwait delivery page says same-day delivery is currently unavailable. Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 days, and Click & Collect orders are ready in the same 1 to 2 days, so either option is reasonably quick.
How quickly is a Boots Click & Collect order ready in Kuwait?

Can I pay with KNET at Boots Kuwait?
Yes. KNET is listed alongside cards and Apple Pay on the Kuwait payment information. It is a good choice if you do not have a credit card, especially while cash on delivery is unavailable.
Can I pay cash or in instalments at Boots Kuwait?
No to both, for now. Cash on delivery is currently unavailable, and the Kuwait payment list does not include a buy now, pay later option. Pay with a card, KNET or Apple Pay. The UAE and Saudi Boots stores do list pay-later options, but that does not extend to Kuwait.
Are there Boots discount codes for Kuwait?
Not at the moment. Coupon sites currently carry nothing for Boots Kuwait, and a code listed for the UAE store will not carry over. In Kuwait, money is saved through the store's multi-buy promotions, like buy 2, get the third free, and by keeping orders over KWD 12 so delivery costs nothing.
