UAE slots and the Saudi row
Do not merge the two prices. On the UAE table, 4-hour delivery inside Dubai city limits is AED 40, for orders from 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Saturday. Today by 22:00 is AED 20 below AED 200 and free above AED 200, in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai and Sharjah, before 12:00. Tomorrow by 22:00 uses that same AED 20 or free-over-200 price for all Emirates. A Saturday order at or after 16:00 moves to the Monday slot. Saudi Arabia is one international row: SAR 40, free over SAR 400, 3 to 5 business days, DHL Express from Dubai. Quiqup is the UAE carrier. Dispatch is generally Monday to Saturday, and an order before 16:00 Gulf time on a dispatch day ordinarily leaves the same day. AVT16 does not pay whichever fee the destination prints. There is no second Avantcha host for Saudi Arabia.
What can come back
Tea and other food are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange, including a sealed pack. Unused teaware and accessories, such as pots, cups and utensils, can be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. You pay the return shipping unless the law or an agreement says otherwise. Do not post a voluntary return before Customer Care sends instructions. The return address printed is Unit 12, Kunooz 6 Street, Al Quoz 1, PO Box 71552, Dubai. Damage, a defect, contamination, a missing item or a wrong item should be reported within 5 calendar days, with the order number and photos. Claims after that may be declined where the law allows. Broken teaware, once checked, often does not need to be returned. If only the outer tin or carton is damaged and the tea is still sound, they look at replacement packaging. If the tea itself is compromised, they assess a remedy. AVT16 does not turn tea into a returnable line.
Refunds and the one-hour note
An approved voluntary refund is generally processed within 30 calendar days after they receive the return. If no physical return is required, the same 30 calendar days run from the refund decision. The money goes to the original payment method unless something else is agreed, in the currency of the order. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are the methods named, via Stripe. Cash on delivery is not in that list. To cancel or change an order before it ships, email within one hour of purchase where you can. They will try. They also say a change cannot be promised once fulfilment has started. After dispatch, the return policy applies. The refund policy is effective 29 October 2026 and is governed by UAE law, with DIFC courts named in the terms, subject to mandatory rules in the delivery country. AVT16 has no end date we were given and no currency cap.
When AVT16 is refused
Open avantcha.com and set the destination before you read the total. A UAE basket priced in AED is the wrong screen for a Saudi address, and the reverse is wrong too, even though the code wording is the same up to 10 percent with no cap. A small tin is not refused for a minimum this page was not given. A large order is not cut by a dirham or riyal ceiling this page was not given.
