Almanea delivery, returns and payment by country

Amounts are in each country’s currency, from the store’s own pages. “–” means the store doesn’t publish it.

Top Almanea codes in each country

Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to.

How the Almanea code works

AA800 is 5% off at Almanea in Saudi Arabia. No cap, no minimum spend and no end date were set. Five percent of SAR 1,000 is SAR 50. Five percent of SAR 4,000 is SAR 200. Five percent of SAR 8,000 is SAR 400. The shop is https://www.almanea.sa. It answered on 5 November 2026. The Arabic name is المنيع. The terms name the company as Hamad Bin Abdullah Bin Sulaiman Almanea & Partners Trading Company, commercial register 1010129038, selling electrical goods, home appliances and air conditioning. The unified number is 920008171. Complaints hours are Sunday to Friday from 8:00 to 22:00, and Saturday from 16:00 to 22:00. This guide does not open a UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman or Egypt page. A second Almanea code is not listed. A bank-card discount section on the terms excludes Apple Pay, Mada Pay, Tabby and Tamara, and an annual-festival section describes a buy-one-get-one line. Neither section was given as a term of AA800.

Delivery in major cities, and same-day

The services page says delivery is within 3 to 5 working days as a maximum in major cities, and that small kitchen appliances and personal-care devices are delivered to all regions of the Kingdom. Delivery is for a fee. The terms say the charge is on a linked page and do not print a riyal figure, so none is stated here. Delivery runs Sunday to Thursday, and the second floor is the highest floor the terms allow. The customer is responsible for a wrong address. If the courier cannot get an answer, or the address is wrong, the company says it is no longer responsible for completing delivery, and the customer pays an extra cost the company sets for a second attempt, or collects from a place the company names. Fast delivery is same day when the order is placed before 14:00, on selected items marked with that logo, in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. It is not available on Fridays or official holidays, and it has to be chosen when the address is added. If it cannot be done, the order switches to ordinary delivery. You must open and run the product before the courier leaves. After the courier leaves without an objection, the terms treat the goods as accepted. AA800 does not pay the delivery fee.

Seven days, and 24 hours for phones

Two clocks are printed. A return because the main specifications do not match the description, or because of a defect, is within 7 days. A defect is inspected by the authorised agent's technician, and the customer follows up with the agent if the defect is confirmed. A change of mind is also written as within 7 days of the purchase date, and the product must be unopened, unused, with accessories, the booklet and the original packaging, free of scratches. The customer pays the return fees for a change of mind. Loading and unloading is charged at 2 percent of the invoice, with a minimum of SAR 100, when the return is after delivery and the reason is the customer's. If the defect or the damage was caused by the company in delivery, the company bears the transfer fees. Phones, computers, tablets, and digital and professional cameras are a shorter clock: return or exchange within 24 hours of purchase, with the original invoice and the exit stamp, unopened and unused. Software and video games cannot be returned or exchanged. Health and beauty devices, including shavers and oral-care devices, and printers, faxes, copiers and their supplies, can be returned only for a manufacturing defect, and then within 7 days. Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. AA800 does not change either clock and does not pay the SAR 100 minimum.

What the courier leaving means

The terms say that once the products are at the address and the customer does not object before the courier leaves, the customer has acknowledged that the invoice items work and are free of defects. An objection after that is written as unavailable. Open the carton while the courier is still there. The delivery times and costs are described as approximate and may rise or fall, and the company says it is not responsible for that change or for a delay against the stated window. Pre-orders, where a product page offers them, cannot be edited after they are placed. You can cancel and order again, and stock is not promised. If a pre-order misses the announced window, the terms say you can cancel for a full refund of prepaid amounts, and that a supplier delay does not add compensation beyond that refund. Each customer, account or bank card is limited to one device in a pre-order period. The annual festival's buy-one-get-one line requires both devices to come back together, and a used device blocks a separate return of either. That festival line is not AA800. AA800 remains 5% off with no cap we were given.

When AA800 is refused

Start on almanea.sa and confirm the prices are in SAR. A code on another shop is the wrong host. AA800 is 5% off with no minimum and no cap we were given, so a small accessory is not refused for a spend rule this page does not have, and a large appliance is not cut by a ceiling this page does not have. The field can still refuse a second offer, including a bank-card promotion or the festival line, if the shop will not stack them. Remove the other offer and try AA800 alone. Delivery fees, the 2 percent loading charge on a change-of-mind return, and the SAR 100 minimum on that charge sit outside the 5 percent. The 24-hour clock on phones is also outside the code. If the code fails, call 920008171. Requests for return, replacement or cancellation can also be raised on the Almanea platform. This guide lists AA800 only, and only for Saudi Arabia.

How to use a Almanea code

1. Open https://www.almanea.sa and confirm the prices are in SAR. This shop is listed for Saudi Arabia.
2. Add the appliance. AA800 is 5% off. No cap and no minimum were set.
3. Enter AA800 and read the discount before you pay.
4. Major-city delivery is within 3 to 5 working days. The fee is not printed as one number.
5. Phones and cameras are a 24-hour return. Other goods use 7 days, and a change of mind has a fee.

Frequently asked questions

Which Gulf countries does Almanea serve online?

Almanea sells online in Saudi Arabia, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.

Where are there the most Almanea codes right now?

Almanea codes are set per country. Right now we track 2 live offers across 1 country; Saudi Arabia has the most (2). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.

What does AA800 take off?

5% off at Almanea in Saudi Arabia. No cap, no minimum and no end date were set. SAR 2,000 is SAR 100 off. SAR 6,000 is SAR 300 off. The shop is https://www.almanea.sa. This page does not list a second Almanea code.

Is there a delivery fee figure?

Not as a standing number. The terms say delivery is charged and point to a link for the amount. Major cities are within 3 to 5 working days. Same-day delivery, before 14:00, is for marked items in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, except Fridays and official holidays. AA800 does not pay that fee.

Can I return a phone after a week?

No. Phones, computers, tablets and cameras are 24 hours from purchase, unopened, with the original invoice and the exit stamp. Other goods use 7 days, and a change of mind costs return fees plus 2 percent of the invoice for loading, at least SAR 100. Software and games cannot be returned.

Who pays if I change my mind?

You do. The terms put return fees on the customer, and they charge loading and unloading at 2 percent of the invoice with a minimum of SAR 100 when the reason is yours after delivery. If the company damaged the goods in delivery, the company bears the transfer fees. The product still has to be unused and packed.

What if the courier has left?

The terms treat the delivery as accepted if you did not object while the courier was there. Open and run the appliance before that. A later claim of a scratch or a fault is written as closed. A wrong address, or no answer, can also end the company's duty to deliver, with an extra redelivery cost the page does not number.

Is the festival offer AA800?

No. The annual-festival section is a separate buy-one-get-one line on selected devices, one offer per customer per product, and both devices must be returned together. AA800 is 5% off with no cap we were given. Do not treat the festival line as this code.

Do bank-card discounts bind AA800?

The terms have a separate section for bank-card discounts. It says that offer does not apply to Apple Pay, Mada Pay, Tabby, Tamara, or similar methods. That section was not given to us as a term of AA800. If the checkout stacks a card offer with the code, read which line the field accepts.

Who do I call?

920008171, Sunday to Friday 8:00 to 22:00, Saturday 16:00 to 22:00. Returns, replacements and cancellations can also be raised on the Almanea platform after a login with the mobile number. The company register on the terms is 1010129038. This page lists AA800 only.
