Customer service
The AliExpress pages we read do not list a phone number, email address or support hours for Oman. Every order is with a single seller, most often in China, and the place to raise an issue is the order itself in your account on the site or app.
Delivery to Oman
Choose Oman as the destination country before adding items, so that prices are in Omani rials and listings show what applies to an Omani address. The home page lists free shipping and fast delivery for eligible items. Prices are quoted down to the baisa, so small shipping charges can hide in the detail. AliExpress does not publish a delivery fee, free-shipping minimum or delivery time for Oman on the pages we read.
Returns
Free returns come with eligible items, and the Choice section brings together items that have both free returns and free shipping. Return windows and refund times for Oman are not given on the pages we read.
- Check that the listing shows the free-returns benefit for Oman before buying.
- Inspect the item when it arrives and keep it unused in its packaging if in doubt.
- Start the return from the order page in your AliExpress account.
Payment
Anyone new to AliExpress in Oman is offered welcome pricing in rials. The pages we read do not list payment methods for Oman; the payment screen shows the options for your account and the total to be charged.

Frequently asked questions
Why are AliExpress prices in Oman shown down to the baisa?
Because AliExpress switches to Omani rials once Oman is the shipping country, and rial prices are quoted in baisa as well. A shipping line of a few hundred baisa can look like a rounding detail but is a real charge. Read each item's price and shipping line in full and check the cart total before you pay.
How can I avoid paying for returns on AliExpress in Oman?
Buy items that carry the free-returns benefit, which you can see on each listing. Items in the Choice section ship free and can also be sent back free. For items without the benefit, the pages we read give no Oman return terms, so they are best kept for purchases you are sure about.
Where do I get help with an AliExpress order in Oman?
In your AliExpress account, from the order in question. The pages we read list no Omani phone line, email or hours. Since each order comes from an individual seller, mostly in China, note the seller name and order number and keep photos of any problem before you raise it.
Does AliExpress fast delivery cover all items to Oman?
No. It is advertised for eligible items, together with free shipping and free returns, and eligibility is shown per listing. No delivery time for Oman is published on the pages we read, so for anything you need by a certain date, check the estimate shown on the listing with Oman selected.
Are AliExpress welcome prices in Oman only for the first order?
They are shown to new shoppers, in Omani rials. The pages we read do not say whether they apply to one order or several, or for how long. Before paying, confirm the welcome price is still applied in your cart and compare it with the regular listing price.
How long does an AliExpress refund take in Oman?
The pages we read give no refund timeline for Oman and no list of payment methods. Follow the return status from the order page in your account. When the refund is shown as issued, check the amount in rials against your bank or card statement.
