Quick answer
Al-Dawaa Pharmacies codes are set per country. Right now we track 2 live offers across 1 country; Saudi Arabia has the most (2). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.
| Country | Best offer now | Evidence | Live offers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | Free delivery from SAR 100 | Store deal | 2 |
Al-Dawaa runs pharmacies in Saudi Arabia, and its online store delivers within Saudi Arabia only, so this guide covers one country. The facts come from search snippets of Al-Dawaa's own delivery, returns and terms pages, read on 18 October 2026, and in a few places those pages do not agree with each other.
The store publishes no promo codes in the pages we read. Its official offer is free delivery from SAR 100 in selected cities, and coupon sites list only a small number of Al-Dawaa codes, mostly around 15%. Returns are tighter than at most fashion stores: 7 days, and delivery fees are not refunded.

Amounts are in each country’s currency, from the store’s own pages. “–” means the store doesn’t publish it.

Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to.
How Al-Dawaa codes work
Al-Dawaa does not publish promo codes on the pages we read, and it does not set out coupon terms such as caps, exclusions or minimum spends. What it does publish is a free-delivery threshold of SAR 100 in selected cities, which Coupons Radar lists as an official offer rather than a code. Its offer pages also run their own promotions, and some of them show a lower, temporary free-delivery threshold.
On coupon sites the Al-Dawaa list is short. The code we found is listed as 15% off online purchases, posted by one site, with no further conditions given. Because Al-Dawaa does not confirm it, Coupons Radar marks it as reported: it may work, it may have expired, and it may not apply to every product. A pharmacy basket often mixes medicines, personal care and baby items, and the facts do not say which of those a code can cover. Before relying on a code, compare it with the prices and bundles in Al-Dawaa's own offer magazine, since a promotion already on the shelf can be worth more than a percentage off.
Getting the most from a code at Al-Dawaa
With few codes and no published stacking rules, the clearest savings at Al-Dawaa come from delivery. Standard delivery is free from SAR 100 in the cities the delivery page covers, so check your city before you plan a basket around that figure. Below SAR 100, the delivery page gives SAR 10 and the terms page SAR 12. If a 15% code takes a SAR 110 basket down to SAR 93.50, it may fall below the free-delivery line, and the facts do not say whether the threshold is checked before or after the discount.
Al-Dawaa Now has its own pricing: SAR 16 for orders under SAR 150 and SAR 10 above it. So an express order is never delivered free in our facts, but crossing SAR 150 saves SAR 6. Because only the product price is refunded on a return, delivery fees are a sunk cost, which is another reason to get the basket right first time. Tamara instalments are listed for Saudi Arabia, though the facts do not say whether a code and Tamara can be used on the same order. Whether codes apply to medicines, offer items or Al-Dawaa Now orders is not published.
Delivery and returns across the Gulf
Al-Dawaa's online store covers Saudi Arabia only in our facts. For the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman there is no Al-Dawaa delivery to compare, so this section sets out the Saudi rules in full. Standard delivery is free from SAR 100 in selected cities. Below that, the fee is SAR 10 according to the delivery details page and SAR 12 according to the terms and conditions. Delivery can take as little as 2 hours or as long as 7 business days, depending on the products and the quantities ordered. Al-Dawaa Now, the express service, costs SAR 16 on orders under SAR 150, dropping to SAR 10 at SAR 150 and above, and it does not take cash on delivery.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, with the product in its original condition and complete. Only the price of the product is refunded, not the delivery fee, and the refund takes 7 to 14 business days. A change-of-mind return carries shipping or transfer charges, while a manufacturing defect does not. Some items are final: medicines imported on request cannot be returned, and express orders cannot be sent back after delivery except through a branch or customer service. If something arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours with photos.
Paying at Al-Dawaa
Al-Dawaa's payment list is broad for a Saudi store. It covers mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and STC Pay, with instalments through Tamara. That gives most Saudi shoppers a way to pay with the card or wallet they already use, including the local mada network.
Two points are less clear. First, cash on delivery: the facts state that Al-Dawaa Now does not accept it, but they do not confirm whether standard home delivery does, so we mark it as not published. If you plan to pay cash at the door, check the payment step before ordering. Second, Tabby is not on the list we read, so Tamara is the only buy now, pay later option we can confirm. The facts do not give a minimum basket for Tamara or say whether instalments are offered on all products. No bank-card offers or cashback programmes appear in the facts for Al-Dawaa, and no extra fee is listed for any online payment method. Whichever method you use, a return refunds the product price only, within 7 to 14 business days.
When an Al-Dawaa code is rejected
Since Al-Dawaa publishes no code terms, a rejected code is hard to diagnose from the outside. The likeliest reason is that the code has expired or was never valid on the website: it comes from a coupon site, not from Al-Dawaa. Another is the basket itself: the listing does not say which products the code covers, so medicines or items already on promotion may fall outside it, and a basket made up only of those can leave the code with nothing to discount. A code may also behave differently on Al-Dawaa Now than on standard delivery.
Start by removing the code, checking that it is typed exactly as listed, and applying it again. Then try the order without items already on offer, and compare the final price with Al-Dawaa's offer magazine, which may already beat the code. If you were expecting free delivery and it did not appear, check whether your city is one of those covered and whether the total after the discount is still SAR 100 or more. For anything else, Al-Dawaa's customer service and its branches are the routes the store itself names, including for express orders that need to be returned.

- Pay with mada, a card, Apple Pay, STC Pay or Tamara; Al-Dawaa Now orders cannot be paid in cash.
Frequently asked questions
Which Gulf countries does Al-Dawaa Pharmacies serve online?
Al-Dawaa Pharmacies sells online in Saudi Arabia, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.
Where are there the most Al-Dawaa Pharmacies codes right now?
Al-Dawaa Pharmacies codes are set per country. Right now we track 2 live offers across 1 country; Saudi Arabia has the most (2). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.
Does Al-Dawaa publish its own promo codes?
No, not on the pages we read. Al-Dawaa's published offer is free delivery from SAR 100 in selected cities, and its offer pages and magazine carry their own promotions. The percentage code on this page comes from a coupon site, so Coupons Radar marks it as reported and its conditions are unconfirmed.
Does Al-Dawaa deliver outside Saudi Arabia?
Not according to our facts. Al-Dawaa's online store and delivery pages cover Saudi Arabia, and we found no delivery to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman. Inside Saudi Arabia, free delivery applies in selected cities, so even Saudi addresses should be checked against the delivery page before ordering.
How much do I need to spend for free delivery at Al-Dawaa?
SAR 100, in selected cities. Below that, standard delivery costs SAR 10 according to the delivery page, or SAR 12 according to the terms page. Promotional pages sometimes advertise a lower threshold for a limited time. Al-Dawaa Now express orders are not free at any value in our facts.
Are Al-Dawaa returns free?
No, not in full. Only the product price is refunded, so the delivery fee is lost, and a change-of-mind return carries shipping or transfer charges. A return because of a manufacturing defect does not carry those charges. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order, and the product must be unchanged and complete.
Can I pay with Tamara or Tabby at Al-Dawaa?
Tamara, yes. Al-Dawaa lists instalments through Tamara alongside mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and STC Pay. Tabby is not on the payment list we read, so we mark it as not published. The facts do not give a minimum basket for Tamara, so check the option at checkout.
Does Al-Dawaa accept cash on delivery?
Not for Al-Dawaa Now, which the facts say does not take cash. For standard home delivery, cash on delivery is not published in the pages we read, so we cannot confirm it either way. Mada, cards, Apple Pay, STC Pay and Tamara are the methods the store lists.
Does an Al-Dawaa code work on medicines or offer items?
Not published. Al-Dawaa does not publish code terms, and the reported 15% code's listing describes it only as applying to online purchases. Whether that includes medicines, items already on promotion or Al-Dawaa Now orders is not stated. Check the discount line at checkout before you pay.
How do I contact Al-Dawaa about an order?
Through customer service or a branch. The store names both as the route for returning express orders after delivery, and its help pages ask for damaged deliveries to be reported within 24 hours with photos. Specific phone numbers or chat hours are not part of the facts we hold, so use the contact options on al-dawaa.com.
