# Whites promo codes across the Gulf Reviewed by [Fadi Nasser](https://couponsradar.com/team/fadi/) · Updated 4 November 2026 ## Quick answer Whites codes are set per country. Right now we track 2 live offers across 1 country; Saudi Arabia has the most (2). Pick your country below for the strongest code there. | Country | Best offer now | Evidence | Live offers | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Saudi Arabia](https://couponsradar.com/stores/whites/saudi-arabia/) | **GC** 5% off | Verified code | 2 | GC is the Whites code on this site: 5% off at https://www.whites.sa. Medicine and Mama & Baby are excluded. No minimum spend, cap or end date was set. The shop is in Saudi Arabia only. Whites is filed under health and pharmacy. We read the terms on 4 November 2026. Free-delivery vouchers are written from SAR 150, and a separate line applies free delivery from SAR 300. Live offers by evidence level in each country. ## Top Whites codes in each country | Country | Code | Offer | Evidence | Last checked | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Saudi Arabia](https://couponsradar.com/stores/whites/saudi-arabia/) | **GC** | 5% off | Verified code | 4 Nov 2026 | Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to. ## How the Whites code works GC is 5% off at the Whites online shop in Saudi Arabia. The terms given for this code exclude medicine and Mama & Baby, and they set no minimum spend. No cap and no end date were set. Five percent of SAR 200 is SAR 10. Five percent of SAR 600 is SAR 30. Five percent of SAR 1,000 is SAR 50. Because no cap was set, those figures are not cut by a ceiling on this page. The shop is https://www.whites.sa, Arabic at /ar-sa, and it answered on 4 November 2026. Whites is filed here under health and pharmacy because the terms describe collection from the pharmacy, while the same shop also sells beauty and wellness. The terms page prints commercial register 1010363812. Phone 920006648 is written as open 24 hours, 7 days, and the email is online@whites.sa. This guide does not open a page for the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman or Egypt. A second Whites code is not listed. Website and app offers are not necessarily the price in a branch. ## Riyadh by appointment, and other cities Inside Riyadh the terms say the delivery time is the date and time the customer picks at checkout. A Whites courier calls at that time to confirm, then delivers to the chosen place. If the customer does not answer after three attempts, the courier leaves and the order goes back to the warehouse. An SMS then carries a link to pick a new date. If the address changes after the order has shipped, the order returns to the warehouse and a new scheduling link is sent. After the new time is chosen, the customer calls customer care with the updated address so the delivery system can change it. If the order is not rescheduled within 3 days of that SMS, it is cancelled. If the SMS never arrives, the terms say to call customer care. Other cities in the Kingdom go through approved couriers, and the courier contacts the customer to arrange handover. A parcel that comes back because the customer refused it, or could not be reached by call, SMS or WhatsApp, is not shipped again. No delivery-day count and no delivery fee were printed as numbers, so none are guessed here. GC does not pay a courier fee. ## Cancelling, and pharmacy collection A Whites guest can cancel before shipping by calling 920006648. Before packing, cancellation is also written through the account, under My orders. After the order has shipped, the terms say it cannot be cancelled and no related amount can be refunded. If a cancellation is still requested after shipping, a cancellation fee is charged in proportion to the time between shipping and the cancellation request. The terms do not print that fee as a number, so this page does not invent one. A wholesale order of more than 8 pieces of the same item can be refused, following the management note on the page. The click-and-collect line is named order and collect from the pharmacy. If that order was paid online and is not collected within 7 days, it is cancelled. GC does not extend those 7 days and does not remove a cancellation fee the page did not number. Offers announced on the site and the app apply to orders finished there, and they are not necessarily available in Whites branches. If Whites refuses an order, including for quantity or a price error, the page says a paid amount is returned within 14 working days. ## Two return clocks on one page The terms print two clocks, and this page keeps both. One line says that within 14 days of receiving the order you can return it, or return some of the products, if the product is among those the page marks as returnable. Another line says to call 920006648 within 7 days of receiving the order, and the Whites delivery team then collects the products within 3 working days. The product value is returned after the carrier brings the goods back, within 14 working days, and the shipping fee is not refunded. An exchange is written only when the item received is not the one ordered, or when it cannot be used. In that case Whites takes the product and replaces it with the same product or compensates its value. If the replacement is not available, the product is returned and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days. A photo that differs from the item is not treated as a wrong product unless the name, size or ingredients differ from the description. A wrong or damaged item is reported on 920006648. GC does not change either clock and does not refund the shipping fee. ## Free delivery is two lines, and when GC is refused The terms print two free-delivery lines, and they are not folded into one threshold here. Free-delivery vouchers are valid on orders of SAR 150 or more. A separate line says free delivery is applied on orders of SAR 300. GC is not either of those lines. The code is 5% off, with medicine and Mama & Baby excluded, and with no minimum spend set. A small basket is not refused for a minimum this page was not given. A large basket is not cut by a cap this page was not given. The field can still refuse medicine, a Mama & Baby line, or a second offer. Remove the excluded line, or the other offer, and try GC alone. Start on whites.sa. A code for another shop is the wrong host. Shipping time, the unnumbered cancellation fee, and the shipping fee that is not refunded sit outside the 5 percent. If the code fails, call 920006648 or email online@whites.sa. The terms say a complaint is handled within 7 working days at most. This guide lists GC only, and only for Saudi Arabia. ## How to use a Whites code - Open https://www.whites.sa and confirm the prices are in SAR. This shop is listed for Saudi Arabia. - Leave out medicine and Mama & Baby. GC is 5% off, with no minimum spend and no cap set. - Enter GC and read the discount line before you pay. - In Riyadh you pick the delivery date and time. Other cities are handed to an approved courier. - To return, call 920006648. The page prints both a 7-day call and a 14-day return line. The shipping fee is not refunded. ## Frequently asked questions ### Which Gulf countries does Whites serve online? Whites sells online in Saudi Arabia, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately. ### Where are there the most Whites codes right now? Whites codes are set per country. Right now we track 2 live offers across 1 country; Saudi Arabia has the most (2). Pick your country below for the strongest code there. ### What does GC take off? 5% off at Whites in Saudi Arabia. Medicine and Mama & Baby are excluded. No minimum spend, no cap and no end date were set. SAR 400 is SAR 20 off. SAR 1,000 is SAR 50 off. The shop is https://www.whites.sa. This page does not list a second Whites code. ### Is there a minimum spend? No minimum was set for GC. The exclusion is medicine and Mama & Baby, not a basket size. A SAR 150 free-delivery voucher and a SAR 300 free-delivery line are separate terms on the Whites page. They are not a minimum for this code. ### How does Riyadh delivery work? You pick the date and time at checkout. A Whites courier calls then to confirm and delivers to that place. Three missed answers send the order back, with an SMS link to reschedule. If you do not reschedule within 3 days of that SMS, the order is cancelled. Other cities use an approved courier. ### Can I collect from the pharmacy? The terms name a service called order and collect from the pharmacy. If you paid online and do not collect within 7 days, the order is cancelled. GC does not lengthen that week. Call 920006648 if you need the order held or explained. The line is printed for Saudi Arabia. ### Can I cancel after it ships? Before shipping, call 920006648, or cancel from My orders before packing. After shipping, the page says the order cannot be cancelled and the amount cannot be refunded. A cancellation requested after shipping draws a fee proportional to the gap, and the page does not print the fee as a number. ### How many days do I have to return? Both clocks are printed. One line allows a return within 14 days of receipt if the product is returnable. Another says call 920006648 within 7 days of receipt. Whites then collects within 3 working days. The refund is within 14 working days after the carrier returns the goods, and the shipping fee stays. ### Is free delivery SAR 150 or SAR 300? Both numbers are printed, for different lines. Free-delivery vouchers are valid from SAR 150. A separate line applies free delivery on orders of SAR 300. This page does not merge them. Neither number is a minimum for GC. GC remains 5% off outside medicine and Mama & Baby. ### Who do I call? 920006648, written as 24 hours and 7 days, or online@whites.sa. The terms say a ticket is opened and a complaint is handled within 7 working days at most. The commercial register on the page is 1010363812. Use the Saudi shop at https://www.whites.sa. This guide has no Whites page for another country. ## Change log - 4 Nov 2026 · Saudi Arabia: Added GC (our code). - 4 Nov 2026 · Saudi Arabia: Added Free delivery on orders of SAR 300 (a store deal without a code). **[Fadi Nasser](https://couponsradar.com/team/fadi/)** · Food delivery, groceries, pharmacy and payments Fadi tracks food-delivery and grocery apps, pharmacies and payment options: cash on delivery, pay-later plans and bank-card offers, and the fine print that decides whether they combine with a code.
