## Phone, WhatsApp and chat

The UAE is one of the countries whose numbers are printed directly on the Wego Contact Us page. Call +971 4 581 0300, bearing in mind the page warns that international charges may apply, or message +971 58 825 0786 on WhatsApp. The WhatsApp line takes text only, in Arabic or English, so it suits sending a booking reference rather than a voice note.

Live chat starts from a button on the same page, and there is an email form instead of a published address. Choose Flight, Hotel or Others, explain the request and attach up to 3 files of 20 MB or less in PDF, JPG, PNG, BMP or WEBP format. All channels are staffed 24/7.

## Wego booking or partner booking

Most results on Wego are comparisons: you click through and pay an airline or another booking site. Those are meta bookings, and the site you paid handles the reservation, the money and any changes. Only fares bought through Book on Wego sit with Wego's own team. If you are unsure, run the Identify your booking website tool on the support page before calling the UAE line.

## My Trips and booking status

Your Wego bookings appear under My Trips once you sign in to the app or the website. If the airline has not yet confirmed a cancellation, My Trips may still show the booking as normal; Wego notes that carriers sometimes confirm changes only shortly before departure. When the flight is more than 24 hours away and nothing official has been announced, keep watching My Trips and the airline, and contact Wego once there is a confirmed change or you know what you want to request.

## Changing or cancelling flights and hotels

On a flight bought through Wego, support works within the airline's latest rules: it can process any change, cancellation or refund the carrier permits, no more. During disruptions some airlines waive change fees for affected tickets, though you may still pay a fare difference. The support page keeps policy updates for many carriers, among them Emirates, Etihad Airways, flydubai and Air Arabia.

Hotel bookings follow the cancellation policy shown on the booking itself, and the UAE promo page carries hotel offers alongside flights, so check that policy before you pay. For a non-refundable stay in an area hit by disruption, Wego can ask the supplier for a waiver, though the supplier may say no.

## When the money comes back

Wego can only pass a refund on once the airline or supplier has confirmed the cancellation and released the funds. In a major disruption that can take a long time; for involuntary cancellations Wego mentions up to three months in some cases. ## Paying on the UAE site
