Email works through a form rather than an address: select Flight, Hotel or Others, describe the request and attach up to 3 files, such as a booking confirmation, of up to 20 MB each.

## Bookings Wego can service

Wego's team can only act on bookings you paid for through Book on Wego. If a search on Wego Oman sent you to an airline or agency site and you paid there, that seller manages the reservation and payment. The Identify your booking website tool on the support page confirms which applies before you spend time in a chat queue.

## Booking and flight status

Your Wego bookings are listed in My Trips once you sign in to the app or website. On travel day, the real-time flight tracking tool on the support page shows the flight's progress. An airline cancellation may appear late, because some carriers confirm schedule changes only shortly before departure.

## Changing or cancelling a flight

Support handles changes, cancellations and refunds on Wego bookings within the airline's latest policy. Oman Air is one of the carriers with a policy update on the Wego support page. If the airline cancelled or heavily changed your flight, the cancellation is involuntary and you may be offered waivers or alternatives; if you cancel for your own reasons, your fare rules decide the outcome.

Timing matters for urgent cases. With departure inside 24 hours, check the airline's flight status first, then contact Wego if you need help quickly; those flights are prioritised. With departure further out and no official update yet, wait until the airline confirms a change or you have decided what to ask for. Hotel stays follow the cancellation policy shown on the booking.

## Refunds and credit

The refund clock starts when the airline or supplier confirms the cancellation and returns the money to Wego. In major disruptions this is slower, and for involuntary cancellations it may take up to three months in some cases. Some airlines offer a voucher or travel credit instead of a refund or alongside one. Check progress with the refund status tool on the support page.
