The Contact Us page on support.wego.com offers live chat, a text-only WhatsApp line and an email form where you choose the product (Flight, Hotel or Others) and attach up to 3 files of no more than 20 MB. Country phone and WhatsApp numbers are grouped on that page; the Kuwait entries are under Show more and were not in the text we could read on 26 October. Expect a queue during big disruptions, when departures that are soonest are handled first. ## Who sold your ticket Search results in Kuwait mix airlines with booking sites, and only some fares are sold by Wego itself through Book on Wego. If you completed payment on an airline or travel-agency site, that company holds the booking and is the one to contact. The Identify your booking website tool on the support page tells you which case applies. ## Checking your trip My Trips, in the Wego app and on the website, shows each Wego booking and its current status. For the flight itself, the support page links a live flight tracker. If an airline has announced a disruption but your booking looks unchanged, wait for the official confirmation, which sometimes comes only close to departure. ## Changes, cancellations and airline rules Wego support applies the latest policy of your airline to any change, cancellation or refund on a Wego booking. If you fly Kuwait Airways or Jazeera Airways, their current policies are among the airline updates posted on the support page, so read the relevant one before you get in touch. When the airline cancels or makes a major schedule change, the cancellation counts as involuntary and may bring waivers or alternatives such as a date change, rebooking or rerouting. When you cancel by choice, your fare rules decide what you get back. For hotels, the cancellation policy shown on your booking applies; on a non-refundable stay in a disrupted area, Wego can request a waiver from the supplier without any promise of approval. ## Refund timing Money comes back after the airline or supplier confirms the cancellation and returns it to Wego, so timing is outside Wego's control. For involuntary cancellations it may stretch to three months in some cases. Some airlines give a voucher or travel credit instead of, or in addition to, a refund. The Check your refund status tool shows where your case stands; how the money is paid out is not stated on the support page. ## How Kuwait bookings are paid Four payment filters show on the Kuwait site: Diners Club, Amex, bank transfer and general cards.
