The two figures to keep in mind are the flat SAR 43 per order and the 14-day return window, which starts on the day the parcel reaches you. | | | | --- | --- | | Free delivery from | Not published | | Standard delivery fee | SAR 43 | | Return window | 14 days | | Free returns | No | | Cash on delivery | Yes | | Pay later | Tabby, Tamara | From VogaCloset’s own pages for Saudi Arabia, read 18 October 2026 · . Returns are requested on the site itself. For anything else, use the help options on vogacloset.com while signed in to the account you ordered with. ## Shipping from the UK VogaCloset is a UK-based store, and Saudi orders travel from its UK warehouse by express courier. The store pays the international transport and clearance, and you pay SAR 43 for each order, however many pieces it holds. Delivery times in days are not stated on the pages we hold. Saudi prices already include 15% VAT. On orders above a high-value threshold, duties are worked out at checkout, so the figure you approve online is the whole cost and the courier should not ask for payment at the door. The threshold amount itself is not published. ## Returning through SMSA Saudi returns are drop-off only: there is no home collection in the Saudi facts. The store keeps SAR 16 from the refund as a return fee and does not offer exchanges. Beauty products, lingerie, swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be sent back. - Check you are inside 14 days from delivery and the item is not in a non-returnable category. - Request the return on the VogaCloset Saudi site. - Print the return label and attach it to the parcel. - Hand the parcel in at your nearest SMSA office and keep the receipt. - Expect the refund to be reduced by the SAR 16 return fee. ## How refunds come back Card, Tabby and Tamara payments are refunded to the method you used. If you paid cash at the door, the money returns as store credit or a voucher code instead. The SAR 43 delivery charge stays with the store. As a worked example, sending back a whole SAR 250 order paid by card returns SAR 234 to the card, so the order has cost you SAR 59 in delivery and return fees. Refund timings are not published. ## Payment methods The Saudi site charges in riyals and accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara. Cash on delivery is possible for orders below SAR 2,215. Current codes are listed on our VogaCloset coupon page. ## Saving at VogaCloset in Saudi Arabia The strongest offer right now: CD1, Extra 5% on top of VogaCloset’s prices. From its warehouse in the UK, by express courier. VogaCloset describes itself as a UK-based store with more than 80,000 items from over 400 brands. It covers international transport and clearance itself, and charges a flat SAR 43 per order for delivery to Saudi Arabia. ### Do I need a printer to return a VogaCloset order? Yes, as the Saudi process is described. After you request the return, you print the label and take the parcel to the nearest SMSA office. If you have no printer at home, plan to print it elsewhere before your 14 days from delivery run out. ### What will a full return of a SAR 250 order cost me? SAR 59 in total. SAR 16 is kept as the return fee, leaving SAR 234 to come back, and the SAR 43 you paid for delivery stays with the store. On a cash order, that SAR 234 is issued as store credit or a voucher code. ### Can I cancel a VogaCloset order in Saudi Arabia? The Saudi pages we hold do not describe a cancellation option. Orders ship quickly from the UK, so if you change your mind, contact the store through the site straight away. If the parcel has already left, the return route applies: 14 days from delivery, through SMSA, with a SAR 16 fee. ### My bag is over SAR 2,215. How can I pay? Cash on delivery stops below SAR 2,215, so a bigger order needs Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara. Splitting the bag into two cash orders would add a second SAR 43 delivery charge, so for a large order an instalment plan or card is usually the simpler route. ### Can I send back swimwear if it does not fit? No. Swimwear is on the Saudi non-returnable list, together with lingerie, beauty products and pierced jewellery. These stay with you even within the 14-day window, so read the measurements on the product page carefully before ordering anything in those categories. ## Sources - [vogacloset.com/saudi/en/shipping-and-delivery/](https://vogacloset.com/saudi/en/shipping-and-delivery/) - [vogacloset.com/saudi/en/returns-and-refunds/](https://vogacloset.com/saudi/en/returns-and-refunds/) - vogacloset.com/saudi/en/payment-and-promotions/ ## VogaCloset in other Gulf countries [VogaCloset UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/uae/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/qatar/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/bahrain/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Oman: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/oman/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
