Reach the store through the help options on the Qatar site. ## Delivery and customs Qatar orders cost QAR 43 to deliver, a single charge for the whole order. For orders above the high-value threshold, duties are calculated at checkout, and the courier collects nothing from you. The threshold amount and delivery times in days are not stated on the pages we hold. ## Home-collection returns Returns in Qatar are collected from your address within 14 days of delivery. VogaCloset keeps QAR 16 of the refund as the return fee, and it does not swap items for another size or colour. - Confirm the parcel arrived no more than 14 days ago. - Ask VogaCloset Qatar for a return with home collection. - Pack the items and hand them to the courier at your address. - Check that the refund arrives with QAR 16 deducted. ## Refunds The Qatar facts set one deduction, the QAR 16 return fee. As an example, returning a QAR 200 jacket brings back QAR 184. How long a refund takes, whether the QAR 43 delivery charge is ever refunded, and how a cash-on-delivery order is repaid are not stated for Qatar, so ask the store before returning a cash order. ## Accepted payment methods Qatar orders are billed in Qatari riyals and can be paid by Visa or Mastercard, through PayPal, or with Apple Pay. No instalment service is on the Qatar payment page. Cash on delivery covers orders under QAR 2,000. For codes, see our VogaCloset coupon page. ## Saving at VogaCloset in Qatar The strongest offer right now: CD1, Extra 5% on top of VogaCloset’s prices. Qatar shoppers can choose Apple Pay, as well as a Visa or Mastercard card or PayPal, and every order is billed in Qatari riyals. Cash on delivery is also available for orders under QAR 2,000. Instalment services are not listed for Qatar. ### Will a courier collect my VogaCloset return in Qatar? Yes. In Qatar the courier comes to your address for the return, and no drop-off visit is needed. Arrange it within 14 days of delivery. QAR 16 is deducted from the refund for the return, and exchanges are not offered. ### What happens if my order is over QAR 2,000? You cannot pay cash on delivery, as that option is limited to orders below QAR 2,000. Use Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay instead. A large order may also pass the high-value threshold, and then any duties appear in the checkout total, with nothing to pay the courier. ### Can I pay VogaCloset with PayPal from Qatar? Yes. Qatar lists four online methods, PayPal among them next to Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, and cash at the door works below QAR 2,000. PayPal can suit shoppers who prefer not to enter card details on a site that ships from the UK. ### How much will I get back if I return a QAR 200 item? QAR 184, after the QAR 16 return fee. The Qatar facts we hold do not say whether the QAR 43 delivery charge is refunded, so assume it is not when you decide whether a return is worth it, and confirm with the store if it matters. ### Can I cancel a VogaCloset order in Qatar? The Qatar pages we hold do not explain cancellation. Contact the store through the Qatar site as soon as you decide. If the order is delivered, the 14-day home-collection return is the fallback, at a cost of QAR 16 from the refund. ## Sources - [vogacloset.com/qatar/en/shipping-and-delivery/](https://vogacloset.com/qatar/en/shipping-and-delivery/) - [vogacloset.com/qatar/en/returns-and-refunds/](https://vogacloset.com/qatar/en/returns-and-refunds/) - vogacloset.com/qatar/en/payment-and-promotions/ ## VogaCloset in other Gulf countries [VogaCloset UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/uae/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/bahrain/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Oman: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/oman/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
