Contact the store through the Kuwait site, signed in if you have an account. ## Delivery charge and duty Delivery to Kuwait is KWD 4 for the whole order, regardless of how many items it contains. The 5% Kuwaiti duty is built into the prices you see, so the checkout total is what you pay. Delivery times in days are not stated on the pages we hold. ## Returns by home collection In Kuwait, returns are collected from your home. You have 14 days from delivery, and KWD 1 is deducted from the refund for the service. There are no exchanges, so a different size is a new order with its own KWD 4 delivery charge. - Count 14 days from the day the parcel arrived. - Request a return and home collection from VogaCloset Kuwait. - Pack the items and have the parcel ready for the courier. - Keep a record of the collection until your refund arrives, less KWD 1. ## Refunds and cash orders The form of the refund depends on how you paid. Orders paid in cash are refunded as account credit or, for shoppers who bought without an account, as a voucher code. The KWD 4 delivery charge is not returned. So on a KWD 20 cash order sent back in full, you receive KWD 19 as credit or a guest voucher, and KWD 5 of the original spend is gone. Refund timings are not published. ## Cards, PayPal, Tabby and cash The Kuwait site bills in dinars and lists Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Tabby. Tamara is not on the Kuwait payment page. Cash on delivery is accepted on orders below KWD 175. Discount codes are covered on our VogaCloset coupon page. ## Saving at VogaCloset in Kuwait The strongest offer right now: CD1, Extra 5% on top of VogaCloset’s prices. Kuwait returns go by home collection, within 14 days of delivery. The service costs KWD 1, deducted when the refund is calculated. That makes Kuwait the cheapest of the six Gulf markets in our research for sending something back. ### I ordered as a guest and paid cash. How is my refund paid? As a voucher code. For cash-on-delivery orders, VogaCloset Kuwait refunds account holders with credit and guest shoppers with a voucher code, minus the KWD 1 return fee. Save the code somewhere safe, since it is how you recover the value of the returned items. ### Is it worth splitting a large order to pay cash in Kuwait? Usually not. Cash on delivery is limited to orders below KWD 175, and each extra order adds another KWD 4 delivery charge. A card, PayPal or Tabby lets you keep one order and one charge, and card-type payments avoid the credit-only refund that applies to cash orders. ### Does the KWD 4 delivery charge depend on the number of items? No. It is charged once per order, whether you buy one top or ten pieces. Duty is already inside the prices, so the delivery charge is the only extra on a normal order. If you return items later, the KWD 4 stays with the store. ### Can I swap a size instead of returning? No, VogaCloset does not offer exchanges in Kuwait. Return the item by home collection within 14 days, with KWD 1 deducted, and place a new order for the right size. The new order carries its own KWD 4 delivery charge. ### How do I cancel a VogaCloset order in Kuwait? The Kuwait pages we hold do not describe a cancellation process. Contact the store through the Kuwait site straight away. If the parcel arrives anyway, you can still use the 14-day home-collection return for KWD 1, though the delivery charge will not come back. ## Sources - [vogacloset.com/kuwait/en/shipping-and-delivery/](https://vogacloset.com/kuwait/en/shipping-and-delivery/) - [vogacloset.com/kuwait/en/returns-and-refunds/](https://vogacloset.com/kuwait/en/returns-and-refunds/) - vogacloset.com/kuwait/en/payment-and-promotions/ ## VogaCloset in other Gulf countries [VogaCloset UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/uae/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/qatar/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/bahrain/delivery-returns/)[VogaCloset Oman: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/vogacloset/oman/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
