The rule to respect is the seal, because an opened product cannot be returned within the 30 days. A percentage code with a low cap can save less than a flat amount on a large basket. ## How to use a Virgin Megastore code - Open the Virgin Megastore site for the country you live in; each Gulf store only delivers locally. - Add products to the basket and look for any deal, such as a multi-buy on books, which applies on the offer page rather than through a code. - If you have a code, enter it in the promo box at checkout and confirm that the total drops before paying. - Choose delivery or free collection from a branch, then pick a payment method allowed in your country. - For a 0% instalment plan in the UAE, call your partner bank with the order number after you pay. ## Delivery and fees in the UAE The UAE site ships to UAE addresses only. It does not publish a standard delivery fee or a spending level for free delivery; the charge is worked out at checkout, and certain orders ship free. Since the rule is not published, the only way to know is to reach the delivery step with your basket. Collecting in store avoids the question entirely. You can order online and pick up from any Virgin Megastore branch in the UAE at no charge. Bring your Emirates ID and the payment card you used, as the store asks for both at collection. A few products are marked for shipping only and cannot be collected, so check the option on each item before you rely on it. ## Returns and exchanges in the UAE Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided you have the receipt and the product is still sealed. For electronics and games, that means deciding before you open the box: once the seal is broken, the standard return route no longer applies. Two categories are excluded from refunds altogether: pre-orders and digital codes. That covers game pre-orders and any downloadable code or voucher, so treat those purchases as final. The UAE pages we read do not say whether returns are free of charge, so we list that as not published. If an item seems faulty on arrival, keep all packaging and the receipt together and contact the store before the 30 days run out. ## Paying in the UAE The UAE site lists Apple Pay, Pay 4 Me, bank cards and loyalty points, and it accepts cards issued in any GCC country. Cash on delivery is not mentioned on the pages we read, and neither are Tabby or Tamara. For bigger purchases, an order of AED 1,000 or more paid with a partner bank's credit card can be turned into a 0% plan lasting 3 to 12 months. The banks named include Mashreq, RAKBANK, Citibank, CBD, DIB and SIB. You pay as normal, then call your bank with the order number to convert the amount, and be ready for a possible one-off fee from the bank. Circle dots can be redeemed online once you hold 2,500, in multiples of AED 25. ## Virgin Megastore UAE at a glance | | | | --- | --- | | Delivery | UAE addresses only; charge calculated at checkout, free for some orders | | Collect in store | Free at any branch; bring Emirates ID and the payment card | | Returns | 30 days, receipt and sealed product; no refunds on pre-orders or digital codes | | Payment | GCC bank cards, Apple Pay, Pay 4 Me, loyalty points | | Instalments | 0% for 3 to 12 months on AED 1,000+ using a partner bank's credit card; bank fee possible | | Circle dots | Online redemption from 2,500 dots, in AED 25 steps | | Return window | 30 days | | Also accepts | Apple Pay | Read from Virgin Megastore’s own UAE pages on 18 October 2026 · .
