## Customer service

Ubuy Kuwait lists a customer-services line on (+965) 22204472, and some pages add a second number, 22055305. The site footer describes support as 24/7. While browsing, you can also open live chat from the chat link in the bottom-right corner of the page.

No email address is printed on the FAQ; it directs you to the Contact us page instead. For a wrong or damaged item, the FAQ says to contact customer care, which then explains the next steps for your case.

## Delivery times and fees

The Kuwait FAQ splits orders into two kinds. Orders Ubuy describes as fulfilled are delivered within 24 hours, and orders that are not fulfilled take up to 2 business days. The footer on the same site lists Express shipping as within 24 hours and Standard as within 48 hours. Other Ubuy Kuwait pages, however, show Standard as 10+ business days and Economy as 16+, which matches imported stock rather than items already held for Kuwait. The estimate on the product page and at checkout is the one to plan around.

Shipping costs KWD 1.5 for nearby areas of Kuwait, with higher charges for distant areas. The FAQ also notes that Ubuy delivers to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.

## Tracking and changing an order

Straight after you order, Ubuy sends a confirmation email that contains a shipment tracking link. There is also a Track Order page on the site. The Kuwait FAQ does not explain whether an order can be changed after it is placed, so if you spot a mistake, call or chat with support at once.

## Cancelling

There is no self-service cancel button described for Kuwait. To cancel, contact customer service, which decides based on where the shipment has reached. The earlier you ask, the better the chance, especially for items fulfilled within 24 hours.

## Returns, defects and replacements

The Kuwait return policy allows a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item can be resold: unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, labels and any free gift or bonus item. Software is accepted only sealed and unused. Gift cards and other virtual products, such as iTunes, Google Play and PlayStation cards, are excluded. Ubuy may refuse returns of items bought with a gift coupon, in a bundle, on special offer or in a sales campaign.

Defects have their own timetable. If a defect shows within 4 days, Ubuy collects the item and replaces it through the vendor. After 4 days, for electronics, support gives you the address of the vendor's service centre. For sale, bundle or coupon purchases, a replacement is possible only if you prove the defect within 2 days of delivery. Damage caused by wrong use, such as the wrong power source, water or unauthorised repair, is not covered.

- Check the dates: 14 days from delivery for a normal return, 4 days for a collected replacement, 2 days for a defect on a sale or coupon item.
- If the parcel arrived damaged, say so within 3 days, which keeps the shipping refund available.
- Contact customer care by phone or live chat and describe the problem.
- Repack the item unused, with packaging, labels, accessories and any free gift.
- Hand it over when Ubuy arranges collection.

## Refunds

The FAQ says a refund is issued into the customer's account within 3 to 7 business days. The shipping fee is repaid in full only for a damaged or defective item; on a change-of-mind return they are kept, and the return policy says Ubuy refunds the product amount only. Report damage within 3 days so the shipping refund is not lost.

## Payment methods

The Kuwait FAQ lists cash on delivery, KNET, Visa and Mastercard; cash on delivery works for everything except digital cards. The footer adds American Express and PayPal Express, and Deema appears among the payment logos. Tamara lets you split the price into 3 payments.
