The Gulf shipping and returns page we rely on gives no Kuwait phone number, email or chat hours, so use the help links on trendyol.com for anything about an order. ## Delivery from Türkiye Every Kuwait order is shipped from Türkiye and carried by Aramex, usually within 6 working days. Weekends and holidays sit outside that count, so an order placed just before a long weekend takes longer in calendar days. Dinar prices for delivery, and any order value that removes them, are not published; only the checkout summary shows them, so read it before you pay. ## Tracking an order Aramex handles the Kuwait leg, but the page we read does not explain tracking or how to change an order once placed. Watch the order status on trendyol.com and raise a question through the help links if the parcel stalls well beyond 6 working days. ## Returning an order from Kuwait Returns are free for 15 days and go back with a Trendyol return label. Health and hygiene products are excluded. The parcel must be shipped from Kuwait itself so it can clear customs, so keep the same Kuwait address and do not hand it to someone travelling. Refund timing and method for Kuwait are not stated on the page we read; ask through the help links once the return is on its way. - Confirm the order was delivered less than 15 days ago. - Leave out any health or hygiene products, which cannot be returned. - Generate the Trendyol return label for the items. - Hand the parcel to the carrier from your Kuwait address so it clears customs. ## Paying The Gulf pages we read do not list payment methods for Kuwait, and we have no confirmation of KNET or cash on delivery. The options open to you appear at checkout. ## Saving at Trendyol in Kuwait The strongest offer right now: SAHER, 25% off a first order (use with our link). Orders are shipped from Türkiye and Aramex carries them to Kuwait, usually within 6 working days. Make sure your phone number and address are complete at checkout, since the courier will need them for delivery inside Kuwait. ### Can I return shampoo or skincare to Trendyol from Kuwait? No, health and hygiene products are excluded from Kuwait returns. Other items can go back free within 15 days with a Trendyol return label. If you are unsure whether a product counts as hygiene, ask before you open it. ### Can I post my Trendyol return from another country? No. Kuwait returns must be shipped from Kuwait itself so the parcel can clear customs. Send it from the same Kuwait address the order went to, and do not give it to someone travelling to post elsewhere. ### What do I need to send a Trendyol return from Kuwait? A Trendyol return label, an order delivered within the last 15 days, and items that are not health or hygiene products. With those in place the return is free. Ship it from Kuwait, as returns from elsewhere cannot clear customs. ### Where are Trendyol orders to Kuwait shipped from? From Türkiye. That is why delivery usually takes about 6 working days rather than one or two, and why returns have to leave from Kuwait for customs clearance. Order early for anything needed by a fixed date. ### Who do I contact about a late Trendyol parcel in Kuwait? Trendyol, through the help links on trendyol.com, since the order is with them even though Aramex delivers it. The Gulf page we read lists no Kuwait phone number or email. Allow the usual 6 working days before raising it, then include your order number. ## Sources - [trendyol.com/en/select-country](https://www.trendyol.com/en/select-country) - [trendyol.com/en/s/mena-shipping-return-en](https://www.trendyol.com/en/s/mena-shipping-return-en) ## Trendyol in other Gulf countries [Trendyol UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/trendyol/uae/delivery-returns/)[Trendyol KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/trendyol/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[Trendyol Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/trendyol/qatar/delivery-returns/)[Trendyol Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/trendyol/bahrain/delivery-returns/)[Trendyol Oman: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/trendyol/oman/delivery-returns/) **[Omar Khatib](https://couponsradar.com/team/omar/)** · Marketplaces, electronics, home and travel Omar follows the big Gulf marketplaces and electronics retailers.
