The codes fall into three groups. First-order codes for new users are most common in the UAE, usually a fixed dirham amount off a first order above a minimum. Bank-card codes take a percentage off when you pay with an eligible card: Mastercard offers are listed in the UAE and Kuwait, ADCB card codes in the UAE, and CrediMax Mastercard codes in Bahrain, where the bank and talabat publish the terms. talabat mart codes reduce grocery orders and do not apply to restaurant food. Then there are savings that are not codes at all. talabat pro is a paid membership with a free trial that removes the delivery fee on eligible restaurant orders and on talabat mart. In the UAE, the ADCB talabat credit card pays back part of each order as talabat credit. Official offers, from talabat or a partner bank, come with clear terms and sometimes an end date. Reported codes come from coupon sites and can stop working without warning, so each one on our list shows the date we last saw it. ## Getting the most from a code here Look at the order total rather than the headline discount. A talabat basket can carry a delivery fee, a service fee and, on small orders, a small-basket fee. A code reduces the price of the food or groceries, but the service fee stays, which means a small order can still cost more than you expect. Minimums also shape what a code is good for. In the UAE, new-user codes need a first order of at least AED 60, and the listed Mastercard code needs AED 200, which suits a family meal or a large grocery run more than a single coffee. Bank offers come with usage limits. ADCB card codes in the UAE are listed for twice a month, and one of them stops at AED 20 per order. In Bahrain, CrediMax Platinum and World cardholders can use the offer twice a month and Gold or Titanium holders once, after activating it in the CrediMax app. The ADCB talabat card's 35% credit covers the first 10 orders each month, up to AED 35 an order and AED 350 a month, and only once the card has AED 2,500 of retail spend that month. If you order several times a week, compare the pro fee with the delivery charges you pay now; waived delivery can outweigh any single code. ## Delivery fees, cancellations and refunds across the Gulf talabat publishes no fixed delivery fee or free-delivery minimum in any Gulf country. In the UAE the fee depends on the restaurant and the distance; in Kuwait and Oman the restaurant sets it, with an extra service fee on talabat Go shops; Qatar and Bahrain itemise delivery and service fees, plus a small-basket fee in Bahrain, before checkout. Free delivery comes through talabat pro, priced from AED 19 a month in the UAE, KWD 2.500 in Kuwait and QAR 30 in Qatar, while Bahrain and Oman show the price only in the app. The UAE and Kuwait offer a 2-week free trial, and Qatar a full month. Because these are meal and grocery orders, return windows do not apply; cancellation and refund rules are what count. In the UAE a food order is locked once the restaurant has accepted it, with an exception when talabat or the restaurant caused the problem. Oman allows cancellation within 5 minutes of ordering, or once the order is more than 20 minutes past its promised time. Refund timing is published for Kuwait, at up to 3 working days for K-Net and up to 6 days for cards, and for Bahrain, at up to 6 working days for Benefit. Qatar's cancellation and refund terms are not published. ## Paying for talabat orders International cards are accepted in all five countries: the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman name American Express, Mastercard and Visa, and Kuwait lists credit cards. Beyond that the options are local. Kuwait has the longest list: K-Net, Apple Pay, talabat credit, local debit cards, credit cards and cash on delivery. Oman takes OmanNet and other local debit cards, as well as cash on delivery. Bahrain accepts the Benefit debit card. The UAE adds Apple Pay, plus cash on delivery at restaurants that take it, where a cash fee may be added and shown at checkout. Qatar's FAQ names only American Express, Mastercard and Visa and says other methods appear in the app. Whether cash on delivery is offered in Qatar or Bahrain is not published, and Apple Pay is mentioned only for the UAE and Kuwait. Tabby and Tamara are not mentioned for any country, so do not plan on paying in instalments. Your payment choice also decides some savings: a bank-card code applies only when you pay with the named card, and the Bahrain CrediMax offer has to be activated before you order. Where refund times are published, local networks differ: in Kuwait, K-Net is quicker than a card. ## When a talabat code is rejected The most frequent cause is using a code in the wrong place. Nearly all talabat codes are app-only, so one typed on the website may fail. talabat mart codes do not apply to restaurant orders, and a code listed for one country will not carry over to another. First-order codes are for new users only, so an account that has ordered before should expect them to be refused. Minimums are the next thing to check: the UAE new-user codes need AED 60 and the listed Mastercard code AED 200. Bank codes bring their own checks. The card you pay with must be the eligible one, monthly limits apply (twice a month for some ADCB and CrediMax cards, once for CrediMax Gold and Titanium), and the CrediMax offer works only after activation in the bank's app. Some offers run to a fixed date: the CrediMax offer is valid until 31 December 2026, and in Oman many bank offers ran for set weeks in 2026 and have since closed.
