If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted. ## How to use a Snoonu code - Open the Snoonu app; Snoonu Plus and the first-order code listed on coupon sites are both app-only. - Pick a restaurant, Snoomart or another shop and add your items to the cart. - At checkout, enter the promo code and check that the discount shows on the order summary. - Look at the delivery fee line, which depends on the service; with an active Plus subscription it should drop to zero above the merchant's minimum. - Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CWallet or your Snoonu Wallet balance, or cash where it is offered, and place the order. ## Delivery and fees in Qatar Every Snoonu order in Qatar carries a delivery fee, and the amount depends on the service, so a restaurant order, a Snoomart basket and a pharmacy run can each cost something different to deliver. Snoonu does not publish a standard fee; you see the exact figure at checkout before you pay. Snoonu Plus is how regular users bring that cost down. The subscription renews every 30 days and is bought in the app. Restaurant delivery becomes free on orders from QAR 40 at included merchants, though some set a higher minimum, and only when the restaurant is within 15 km of you. Snoomart deliveries become free at QAR 60 or QAR 100. If you live near the edge of a restaurant's 15 km range, check the fee line before assuming Plus covers it. ## Refunds and order problems in Qatar When something goes wrong with an order, the refund route decides how soon you are made whole. Money returned to the Snoonu Wallet lands within 24 hours, while a refund to a Visa or Mastercard takes 3 to 7 business days. For a missing item on a Snoomart order, the wallet is usually the practical choice, because the balance is ready for your next delivery the same day or the next. A return period for non-food goods such as electronics is not published on the pages we read, so for a bigger purchase, ask before you order. Support in Qatar is on +974 44302000, or by email at support@snoonu.com. Have the order number ready, say clearly whether you want the refund in the wallet or on your card, and keep any reply until the amount appears. ## Paying in Qatar At a Qatar checkout you can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, a Visa or Mastercard card, CWallet or the Snoonu Wallet. Cash on delivery shows up only where it is available, so it may appear for one order and not another; a fee for it is not published. Tabby and Tamara are not offered. Royal Club ties into payment in a useful way. Snoomart orders earn cashback into the Snoonu Wallet, coins can be swapped for free deliveries, and the programme also collects Qatar Airways Avios. That makes the wallet a natural place to pay from if you shop at Snoomart often, since the cashback and any refunds build up there. Apple Pay and Google Pay suit quick one-tap ordering, and CWallet is there for those who already use it. ## Snoonu Qatar at a glance | | | | --- | --- | | Delivery fee | Charged per order and shown at checkout; varies by service | | Snoonu Plus | App-only, renews every 30 days; free restaurant delivery from QAR 40 within 15 km, Snoomart at QAR 60 or 100 | | Royal Club | Coins that buy free deliveries, wallet cashback on Snoomart, Qatar Airways Avios | | Ways to pay | Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, CWallet, Snoonu Wallet; cash only where shown | | Refunds | Wallet within 24 hours; card in 3–7 business days | | Support | +974 44302000 or support@snoonu.com | | Also accepts | Apple Pay | Read from Snoonu’s own Qatar pages on 18 October 2026 · . Prices include VAT; there is no VAT in Qatar as of October 2026. ## Before you pay at Snoonu in Qatar - Check that the site shows QAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store. - At least one offer works only in the Snoonu app. Install it and sign in before you build the basket. - There is no VAT in Qatar as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery. ## Tips for saving at Snoonu in Qatar - Pick the Snoonu Wallet for refunds; it pays out within 24 hours instead of 3 to 7 business days on a card. - Subscribe to Plus inside the app, since it cannot be bought on snoonu.com. - Check each restaurant's own Plus minimum, which can sit above QAR 40, and whether it is within 15 km. - Save the first-order code from coupon sites for your first two orders, the only ones it is described as covering. ## Savings by basket size ## Frequently asked questions ### Is there a working Snoonu promo code in Qatar today? Snoonu runs snoonu Plus: free delivery from QAR 40 in Qatar without a code (last checked 18 Oct 2026). The strongest code is SNB12: QAR 5 off plus free delivery on your first two orders (reported) (unverified, last checked 17 Oct 2026). ### How many Snoonu codes does Coupons Radar list for Qatar? As of 18 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 2 live offers for Snoonu in Qatar: 1 from the store itself and 1 listed on coupon sites. Snoonu in Qatar: no published free-delivery minimum; no published return window. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date. ### How much is Snoonu's delivery fee in Qatar? Not published as a fixed amount. Snoonu adds a delivery fee to each order and shows it at checkout, and it depends on the service you use. With Snoonu Plus the fee drops to zero on qualifying orders, from QAR 40 at included restaurants within 15 km. ### What is the Snoonu Plus free-delivery minimum? QAR 40 at restaurants, or more if the merchant sets a higher level. The restaurant must be within 15 km. At Snoomart the minimum is QAR 60 or QAR 100. The subscription renews every 30 days and is available in the app only. ### How much does Snoonu Plus cost? Not published. The terms we read describe what Plus includes and that it renews every 30 days through the app, but not the subscription price. Open the Plus screen in the app to see it, and compare it with the delivery fees you usually pay in a month. ### Is cash on delivery available on Snoonu? Sometimes. Cash on delivery appears as a payment option only where it is available, so it may show for some orders and not others. A fee for paying cash is not published. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CWallet and the Snoonu Wallet are always listed. ### Does Snoonu accept Apple Pay in Qatar? Yes. Apple Pay is listed with Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, CWallet and the Snoonu Wallet. Because Apple Pay draws on your card, a refund on that order goes back on the card timeline of 3 to 7 business days unless you choose the wallet, which takes up to 24 hours. ### What does the Royal Club give me? Coins you can exchange for free delivery, cashback on Snoomart orders paid into your Snoonu Wallet, and Qatar Airways Avios. It sits alongside Snoonu Plus, so a regular user can combine the two: Plus for free delivery above merchant minimums, Royal Club for rewards on top. ### Why didn't my Snoonu code work? Most likely because your account has already placed two orders, or because you were on the website. The code we found is described as covering the first two orders in the app only. Snoonu does not publish it, so it may also have been withdrawn. Check the checkout summary before placing the order. ### How do I reach Snoonu support in Qatar? By phone on +974 44302000 or by email at support@snoonu.com. When you ask for a refund, say whether you want it in the Snoonu Wallet, which arrives within 24 hours, or on your card, which takes 3 to 7 business days. ## Change log - 26 Oct 2026 · Added Snoonu Plus: free delivery from QAR 40 (published by the store). - 26 Oct 2026 · Added SNB12 (listed on 1 coupon site). **[Fadi Nasser](https://couponsradar.com/team/fadi/)** · Food delivery, groceries, pharmacy and payments Fadi tracks food-delivery and grocery apps, pharmacies and payment options: cash on delivery, pay-later plans and bank-card offers, and the fine print that decides whether they combine with a code.
