Express shipping is free once an order is above AED 149, and SHEIN's displayed estimate for UAE delivery is roughly a week, 5 to 7 days after you order. Order matters such as returns are handled from My Orders in your SHEIN account, so that is the first place to go with a question about a specific parcel. Our SHEIN UAE coupon page covers discount codes; this page sticks to the practical side of an order. ## Delivery times and fees Express shipping to UAE addresses costs AED 20 on orders below AED 149 and is free above AED 149. The estimate SHEIN displays for the UAE is about 5 to 7 days counted from the day you order, not from dispatch. Treat it as an estimate: SHEIN presents it as the figure shown at the time, not a fixed promise. For a fixed date, such as a party or a trip, count back at least 7 days from when you need the parcel, and longer during big sale periods. An order sitting just under AED 149 pays the AED 20 fee, which is worth comparing with the price of one more small item you actually want. ## How to return an item You have 15 days from receipt to return most items. In the UAE the return is collected by J&T or iMile and no printer is needed. The first return on each order is free, and each later return from the same order costs AED 10. Some items cannot be returned at all, including swimwear, underwear, jewelry, beauty items, opened cosmetics and customized products. Check the item type before you order a size you are unsure of. - Open My Orders in the SHEIN app or on the site and select the order. - Choose Return and add every item you want to send back, so they all fall under the free first return. - Pick a pickup method, J&T or iMile; no label printing is needed. - Pack the items and hand them to the courier when they arrive. - Any further return from the same order costs AED 10, so try everything on before you start the first request. ## Refunds The UAE pages we used do not state a refund timeline or say which method the money returns to. The only deduction they set is the AED 10 fee once an order's free first return has been used. ## Payment methods Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are available for UAE orders, and so is cash on delivery. The cash fee in the UAE is USD 3 under SHEIN's payment page, half the USD 6 charged in the other Gulf countries. On a small order that fee still eats into the total, so an online method is usually the cheaper choice. ## Saving at SHEIN in the UAE The strongest offer right now: Free express shipping over AED 149. No. UAE returns are collected by J&T or iMile, and SHEIN says no printer is needed. You start the request from My Orders, choose the courier, then pack the items and hand them over when the driver comes. The first return on each order is free; later ones cost AED 10. ### How early should I order from SHEIN for an event in the UAE? At least a week ahead. SHEIN's displayed UAE estimate runs 5 to 7 days from the order date, and it is a guide rather than a commitment. Add a few days of margin in busy sale periods, and remember that a return or size swap afterwards would need extra time on top. ### Can I return swimwear or makeup bought from SHEIN in the UAE? No. Swimwear and underwear are on SHEIN's list of non-returnable items, together with jewelry, beauty items, opened cosmetics and customized products. Choose sizes for these carefully, because the usual 15-day return window and the free first return do not apply to them. ### What does a second return from the same order cost in the UAE? AED 10 for each return after the first. The first return on an order is free, so the cheapest approach is to try everything on, decide, and put every unwanted item into one request. Two separate requests from one order cost AED 10, while one combined request costs nothing. ### Is cash on delivery cheaper in the UAE than in Saudi Arabia? Yes. SHEIN's payment page sets the cash-on-delivery fee at USD 3 for the UAE, compared with USD 6 in the other Gulf countries. Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are also available for UAE orders if you want to avoid the cash fee completely. ### When will I get my money back after a SHEIN return in the UAE? SHEIN does not give a timeline in the UAE pages we used, and it does not say which method the refund goes to. Keep the pickup confirmation from J&T or iMile until the refund shows, so you have proof of the date the parcel left your hands. ## Sources - [m.shein.com/ar-en/product/article/280](https://m.shein.com/ar-en/product/article/280) - [m.shein.com/ar-en/itticle-a-281.html](https://m.shein.com/ar-en/itticle-a-281.html) - m.shein.com/ar-en/product/article/278 ## SHEIN in other Gulf countries [SHEIN KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[SHEIN Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[SHEIN Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/qatar/delivery-returns/)[SHEIN Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/bahrain/delivery-returns/)[SHEIN Oman: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/oman/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
