If a direct line matters to you, look for the help or contact option inside the SHEIN app or on ar.shein.com before you order, and keep your order number ready so any request can be matched to the right parcel. The fee is SAR 30 for an order under SAR 99 and nothing once the order is above SAR 99. Before the parcel is handed to a courier, SHEIN takes 1 to 3 days to prepare the order. The Saudi pages we read give no door-to-door estimate, so those processing days are the only fixed part of the timeline, and courier time comes on top. The threshold also matters after you order. SHEIN's Saudi terms say that cancelling items can remove free shipping eligibility, so cutting a SAR 105 order down to SAR 90 could bring the SAR 30 fee back. Before you drop an item, compare its price with that fee; keeping it and sending it back in your free first return may cost less. ## Changing or cancelling an order The pages we used do not set a cancellation deadline or explain how to change a delivery address for Saudi orders. The one published rule is the shipping effect described above. Because an order spends 1 to 3 days in processing before dispatch, ask for any change as early as you can. ## How to return an item Most items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Your first return on an order costs nothing. After that, each extra return on that order has a fee, which depends on the hand-over: SAR 20 at a NAQEL point, SAR 30 for an iMile collection. - Try everything on soon after delivery and decide what is going back while the 15 days are still running. - Open a single return request for the order and add every item you are sending back, so the whole return counts as the free first one. - Pick the hand-over method: a NAQEL drop-off point or an iMile pickup. - Pack the items and hand them over by the method you chose, and keep any receipt or tracking reference you are given. - If you need a second return from the same order later, expect SAR 20 by NAQEL or SAR 30 by iMile. ## Refunds SHEIN's Saudi pages that we read do not say how many days a refund takes, or whether it goes back to your card, to a wallet or elsewhere. They fix the cost side only: the first return on an order is free, and later ones carry the SAR 20 or SAR 30 charge. They also do not say whether the cash-on-delivery fee is refunded when an order is returned. ## Payment methods At Saudi checkout you can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara, or choose cash on delivery. Paying in cash adds USD 6 under SHEIN's payment page, and a working mobile number must be on the order. A working mobile number on the order, plus a USD 6 fee that SHEIN's payment page adds for cash. To skip that fee, pay online instead: card, PayPal, Apple Pay and both instalment services are listed for Saudi orders and the pages we read show no extra charge for them. ### How long does a SHEIN refund take in Saudi Arabia? SHEIN does not say in the pages we used. They give the 15-day return window and the return charges, but no refund timeline or refund method.
