To ask about an order, go to the help section in the SHEIN app or on ar.shein.com and quote the order number. Discount codes are on our SHEIN Oman coupon page. ## Delivery times and fees The estimate SHEIN shows for Oman is about 7 to 9 days, counted from the day you place the order. No other Gulf country has a longer estimate, so allow at least a week and a half when you need something for a set date, such as a school event or a family occasion. On 18 October the shipping page put express shipping to Oman at OMR 3.08 for orders under OMR 34.27, with no charge above that line. These are converted amounts and may move a little with exchange rates, so confirm the shipping line at checkout before paying. ## How to return an item Within 15 days of receipt, most items can be sent back. For Oman, SHEIN offers self-return only: you send the parcel through a courier you pick, at your own cost, and that postage is not refunded. Because delivery takes longer here, check items the day they arrive so the 15 days are not spent waiting. - Inspect and try on the items as soon as the parcel arrives. - Log the return against your SHEIN order and take note of the return address provided. - Choose a courier and compare prices, since the postage is not refunded. - Put all returning items into one parcel and send it within 15 days of receipt. - Keep the courier receipt and tracking number until the refund appears. ## Refunds Your refund covers the returned items only; the courier fee you paid stays with you. The Oman information we used sets no refund timeline and does not say which payment method the money goes back to. ## Payment methods Paying cash at the door is possible in Oman, with USD 6 added to the order. The information we used does not set out which cards, wallets or instalment plans Oman checkout accepts, so review the payment screen before placing the order. ## Saving at SHEIN in Oman The strongest offer right now: Free shipping over OMR 34.270. SHEIN does not give a reason, but its displayed estimate for Oman is about 7 to 9 days from ordering, the longest in the Gulf. Plan around the upper end of that range, and order earlier still in busy sale periods or before holidays. ### Is a self-return to SHEIN from Oman worth it for a cheap item? Often not on its own. In Oman you pay the courier yourself and SHEIN does not refund that postage, so on a low-priced piece the cost of sending it back can come close to the refund. It makes more sense to group several unwanted items from one order into a single parcel. ### Does the slower delivery to Oman shorten my return window? No. The 15 days run from the day you receive the parcel, not from the order date, so the longer delivery time does not eat into it. What can eat into it is waiting to try things on, so check the items soon after they arrive. ### What does express shipping to Oman cost? OMR 3.08 for orders under OMR 34.27, and free above that, as shown on the shipping page on 18 October. The figures are conversions and can shift slightly, so the shipping line on your checkout screen is the amount that will be charged. ### Is the return postage refunded if the item was faulty? The Oman information we used does not cover faulty items separately. It states only that returns are self-arranged and that shipping is not refunded. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact SHEIN through the help section with photos before you send anything back. ### Is paying at the door possible for SHEIN orders in Oman? It is, with a USD 6 charge added to each cash order. The information we used does not list the other payment methods for Oman, so open the payment screen to see which card or instalment options appear for your account. ## Sources - [m.shein.com/ar-en/product/article/280](https://m.shein.com/ar-en/product/article/280) - [m.shein.com/ar-en/itticle-a-281.html](https://m.shein.com/ar-en/itticle-a-281.html) - m.shein.com/ar-en/product/article/278 ## SHEIN in other Gulf countries [SHEIN UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/uae/delivery-returns/)[SHEIN KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[SHEIN Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[SHEIN Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/qatar/delivery-returns/)[SHEIN Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/shein/bahrain/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
