We would rather say that than print a number we cannot check. Orders under AED 250 pay a flat AED 20; from AED 250 the delivery line drops to zero. A worked example: a basket of AED 235 costs AED 255 delivered, while adding a product of AED 15 or more reaches the threshold and you pay about the same total with one more item. You can also send an order to a pickup point instead of your home. That choice affects payment: cash on delivery is not available for pickup-point orders, so you will need a card if you collect from a pickup point. ## How to return an online order In the UAE, online orders go back through a store rather than a courier. Regular purchases have 14 days from delivery. Anything bought in a sale or promotion has just 3 days, so open the parcel and check those items on the day it arrives. The product has to be unopened, in its original packaging, and you need the invoice. - Count the days: 14 from delivery for a regular purchase, 3 for a sale or promotion purchase. - Check that the product is unopened and still in its original packaging. - Take it, with the invoice, to any Sephora store in the UAE. - If the order was paid on delivery, collect the refund in cash at the store. ## Refunds For a cash-on-delivery order the refund is simple: the store pays it back in cash when it accepts the return. Sephora's UAE facts in our record do not state how long a refund to a card takes, or whether the AED 20 delivery fee is returned with the product, so ask at the store when you hand the item over. ## Payment methods Sephora UAE accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus cash on delivery in dirhams. No fee for paying cash is published. Apple Pay is limited to the Sephora app, and the browser checkout leaves it out, so open the app if that is how you like to pay.
