The Oman facts we hold do not give a phone number, email or hours, and our attempt to reread Sephora's help pages on 26 October 2026 was blocked. The Oman site has a contact page under My account, which is the place to start. The Oman facts in our record do not explain order tracking or cancellation. ## Delivery time and cost Orders to Oman take about 5 days. Delivery costs OMR 6, and it is free once the basket goes over OMR 60. Relative to local prices, that is the highest free-delivery bar Sephora sets in the Gulf. A worked example: an OMR 45 basket costs OMR 51 delivered. To ship it free you would need to spend more than OMR 15 extra, which is more than double the fee, so paying OMR 6 can be the cheaper choice for a modest order. ## Returning an online order from Oman Oman shares the longest online return window Sephora publishes: 15 days. The pickup is by DHL and costs you nothing; customer care sets it up. - Contact Sephora customer care within 15 days of delivery and say which items you are returning. - Agree the collection details; customer care arranges the free DHL pickup. - Pack the items securely and have them ready on the collection day. - Give the parcel to DHL and keep the shipment reference. ## Refunds The Oman facts we hold give no refund method or timeframe for card payments, and do not say whether the OMR 6 delivery fee comes back with a return. Ask customer care both questions when you arrange the DHL pickup. ## Payment methods Omani orders are paid online with Visa or Mastercard. Cash on delivery is not available in Oman at present, and the Oman facts we hold do not name local debit networks, Apple Pay or instalment services. For codes, see our Sephora Oman coupon page. ## Saving at Sephora in Oman The strongest offer right now: Free delivery over OMR 60. [All Sephora codes in Oman](https://couponsradar.com/stores/sephora/oman/) ## Frequently asked questions ### Is it worth reaching OMR 60 for free Sephora delivery in Oman? Only if you are close. The fee below OMR 60 is OMR 6, so topping up makes sense when you are less than OMR 6 short, for instance at OMR 55. From OMR 45, you would spend over OMR 15 more to save OMR 6, which only pays off if you wanted those products anyway. ### What is the return window for Omani Sephora orders? Fifteen days for online orders. The DHL collection is free and booked by customer care, so the time you need is mostly the wait for that booking. Contact them in the first week after delivery, especially around public holidays when collections can take longer to schedule. ### Who pays for return shipping from Oman? Sephora does. The DHL pickup for an online return from Oman is free, and customer care organises it. The facts we hold do not say whether you also get back the OMR 6 you paid for shipping, so ask when you request the return if your order paid it. ### When does a Sephora parcel reach Oman? About 5 days. That makes Sephora a poor choice for a gift needed in two or three days. Order a week ahead for birthdays and occasions, and do not count on a faster paid option, because none is listed in the Oman facts we hold. ### Can I pay cash for a Sephora order in Oman? Not for now. Omani orders cannot be paid on delivery, so pay online with Visa or Mastercard. The facts we hold do not list Apple Pay or instalment plans for Oman, so have one of those two cards ready before you start checkout. ### Where do I find Sephora Oman customer service? Through the contact page in the My account area of the Oman site. The facts we hold do not include a phone number or opening hours, and Sephora's help pages did not load for us on 26 October 2026. Customer care is also the team that books the free DHL pickup for returns. ## Sources - [sephora.me/om-en/faq/delivery](https://www.sephora.me/om-en/faq/delivery) - [sephora.me/om-en/my-account/contact-us](https://www.sephora.me/om-en/my-account/contact-us) - sephora.me/bh-en/faq/delivery ## Sephora in other Gulf countries [Sephora UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/sephora/uae/delivery-returns/)[Sephora KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/sephora/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[Sephora Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/sephora/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[Sephora Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/sephora/qatar/delivery-returns/)[Sephora Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/sephora/bahrain/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
