## Customer service

A Qatar phone number, email address or service hours are not in the facts we hold from the Qatar site, its terms or the Ounass FAQ, and ounass.qa did not respond to our reader on 26 October 2026. Use the contact options on ounass.qa with your order number to hand.

## Delivery and customs

Delivery to Qatar takes 2 to 6 days. The Qatar site advertises free shipping, subject to its terms, and Ounass covers duties and customs taxes, so there is no separate customs bill when the parcel arrives.

Some beauty products are classed as dangerous goods and are not delivered to Qatar. Fragrance and other beauty items may be affected, so check the product page before building an order around them.

## Tracking and changes

The Qatar facts we hold do not describe tracking or editing an order. Allow the full 2 to 6 days before chasing a parcel, and contact Ounass early if the delivery address needs correcting.

## Returns

Ounass promotes simple, free returns on its Qatar site, within its terms. The return window and the booking steps for Qatar are not in the facts we hold, so the outline below is cautious.

- Keep the item unused with tags and packaging until you are sure.
- Contact Ounass through ounass.qa with your order number and ask for the return deadline.
- Book the return as instructed and keep the confirmation.

## Payment and refunds

Cash on delivery is not available in Qatar, so pay by card at checkout. Other methods, instalment services and refund timing for Qatar are not set out in the facts we hold. The app code and other offers are covered on the Ounass Qatar coupon page.

## Frequently asked questions

### Will I be asked to pay customs when my Ounass parcel reaches Qatar?

No. For Qatar orders the duties and customs taxes are paid by Ounass, so the total you pay at checkout is the full cost. If a courier asks for a customs payment, contact Ounass before paying anything, quoting your order number, so they can check the shipment.

### Why was a beauty item removed from my Ounass order to Qatar?

Qatar deliveries leave out beauty products that count as dangerous goods. Some fragrance and beauty products fall into this group. The facts we hold do not list the exact products, so check each product page before you pay, and contact Ounass if an item disappears from your order.

### How early should I order an Ounass gift for delivery in Qatar?

Up to 6 days, with a minimum of 2. For a birthday or occasion, order at least 6 days ahead to be safe. There is no faster Qatar option in the facts we hold, and the free shipping advertised on the Qatar site is subject to its terms, so check the order summary.

### Where do I send a question about an Ounass order in Qatar?

Through the contact options on ounass.qa. The facts we hold for Qatar do not give a phone number, email or service hours. When you get in touch, include your order number, the item and a short description of the issue, such as a late parcel, a removed beauty item or a return request.

### What is the Ounass return window for Qatar?

It is not stated in the Qatar facts we hold. The Qatar site promotes simple returns within its terms, at no cost. Ask Ounass for the deadline as soon as the parcel arrives, and keep the item unused with its tags and packaging until you have the answer.

### How is an Ounass refund paid in Qatar?

The refund route and timing for Qatar are not in the facts we hold. Since cash on delivery is not available, every Qatar order is prepaid by card, so it is reasonable to ask for the refund to go back to that card. Confirm this with Ounass when you arrange the return.
