Reach Ounass through the Oman site and give your order number. ## Delivery days and customs Orders reach Oman in 2 to 4 days. Couriers do not drop off on Fridays or on Omani public holidays, which pushes a Friday arrival to Saturday, and a public holiday can add another day or more. Ounass covers duties, so there is no customs charge to pay. Customs clearance may still require identity documents, and Ounass may contact you for them. Keep your ID details ready so the parcel is not held at the border. ## Tracking and changes Tracking and order editing are not described for Oman in the facts we hold. If a parcel seems late, first count back the Fridays and any public holidays, then contact Ounass. Respond quickly to any request for ID, since clearance can stall without it. ## Returns Sending a piece back from Oman is free, yet Ounass will only collect it from inside the country. Taken a dress on holiday abroad and changed your mind? It has to travel home with you before a collection can be booked. Customs clearance in Oman may require identity documents. Ounass covers the duties themselves, but the paperwork can still be needed to release the parcel. Send the details through the Ounass channel you were contacted on and reply quickly, since the 2 to 4 day delivery estimate depends on clearance. ### Will my Ounass order arrive during an Omani public holiday? No. Omani public holidays and Fridays are non-delivery days for Ounass in Oman. If your 2 to 4 day window overlaps a holiday, add those days to the estimate. For a gift needed before a holiday, order early enough that the last expected delivery day falls before it. ### I am abroad with an Ounass piece I want to send back. What now? Wait until you are home. Ounass only collects returns from inside Oman. Bring the item back to Oman, keep it unused with tags and packaging, and then contact Ounass to arrange the free return. Check the deadline before you travel, because the time abroad may count against it. ### Where do I raise a problem with an Ounass order in Oman? Use the contact options on oman.ounass.com. The Oman facts we hold do not list a phone number, email or hours. Mention your order number and the issue, for example a customs document request, a delivery delayed by a holiday, or a return you want to book from an Omani address. ### What is the Ounass return window for Oman? It is not given in the Oman facts we hold. Returns are cost-free as long as the item is in Oman. Ask Ounass for the deadline when the parcel arrives, and keep the piece unused with its tags and packaging until you have decided whether to keep it. ### How will I get my money back from Ounass in Oman? The refund method and timing for Oman are not in the facts we hold. Omani orders cannot be paid in cash at the door, so yours was paid in advance; ask for the refund to go back to the same payment method and confirm the expected timing when you arrange the collection. ## Sources - [oman.ounass.com/content/terms-and-conditions](https://oman.ounass.com/content/terms-and-conditions) - [oman.ounass.com/content/about-us](https://oman.ounass.com/content/about-us) - ounass.ae/content/faq ## Ounass in other Gulf countries [Ounass UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/ounass/uae/delivery-returns/)[Ounass KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/ounass/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[Ounass Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/ounass/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[Ounass Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/ounass/qatar/delivery-returns/)[Ounass Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/ounass/bahrain/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
