It is staffed Saturday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm. Chat is listed as available 24x7 for orders, feedback and product questions, so it is the route on Fridays and late in the evening. The help pages show no customer-service email address. There is a help centre at nike.ae/en/customer-support and a Find a Store page; the store matters if you bought in a Nike shop, because that purchase is handled there rather than online. ## Delivery and click and collect nike.ae offers one delivery service, standard doorstep delivery, with a stated timeline of 1 to 3 working days. Expedited delivery is not available at the moment. The delivery page does not list areas or cities. Members get standard delivery free on all orders. Non-members qualify from AED 299, counted after discounts and before delivery charges and taxes; under that, AED 19 is added. Free in-store pick-up is available for eligible orders at participating Nike stores, and the delivery page links to the store locator so you can see which shop is closest. Shipping is limited to the four countries with a Nike store, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar, so nike.ae will not take a Bahraini or Omani address. ## Tracking and changes Track an order on the Track Order page at nike.ae/en/track-order. Without an account, open the Help tab, choose Order Status, enter the phone number on the order and confirm with the one-time code sent to it. Members can follow orders from Profile, then Orders. None of the delivery, returns or payment pages explains changing an address or cancelling an order. If something needs to change, message chat promptly with your order number rather than waiting for phone hours. ## Returns and exchanges Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the full order, and Nike does not process requests after that. A request can be raised once per order and only after all items are delivered. Each item can be exchanged or returned once, through the same Request Return or Exchange option. Pack items in the original packaging and condition with all tags, and include any belts and designer packaging that came with them. Underwear (sports bras excluded from this rule), swimwear, socks and similar items, and products in sealed packaging, cannot be returned. Nike's partner shipping companies collect returns; you cannot pick the courier. Items bought in a Nike store go back to the same store. - Open the order: Members via Profile, Orders; guests via Help, Order Status, the order phone number and the one-time code. - Tap Request Return or Exchange and choose the items. - Select a reason, add a pickup address and click Continue. - Have the items packed with tags and packaging for the partner courier's collection. - Watch the request status, or view and cancel it, from the same order page. ## Refunds Refund timing and method are on a separate nike.ae page, When will I be refunded?, which we did not read, so we cannot give a timeframe here. The returns page does list what can cost you money: Nike.ae can refuse a refund or exchange for items it considers unfit for resale, you pay the return shipping if items come back used or not in their original state, and unapproved items are sent back to you at your cost. ## Payment methods The UAE payment page lists debit and credit cards on Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay for iOS users, an e-wallet valid for online and in-store purchases, gift cards, Tabby and Tamara. It gives no further terms for Tabby, Tamara or gift cards. Cash on delivery is listed for Members only, and the page sets out no other rules for it. The UAE returns page says unapproved items are returned at the customer's cost, and that you also pay return shipping when items arrive used or not in their original state. Only pack the items you selected in your return request. ### Which Nike items can't be returned in the UAE? Underwear, apart from sports bras, swimwear, socks and similar items cannot be returned, and neither can products that come in sealed packaging. Everything else must go back within 30 days of the full order arriving, in its original packaging and condition with tags attached, or Nike can refuse the refund or exchange. ### Can I collect a nike.ae order from a Nike store? Yes, for eligible orders. nike.ae offers free in-store pick-up at participating Nike stores, and the delivery page links to the store locator.
