A chat service is listed as running 24x7 for feedback, orders and product queries, so use it on Fridays or after 6pm. The help pages link to a Contact Us page and a help centre but publish no customer-service email. A Find a Store page lists Nike shops in Qatar, which you need for in-store purchases and for collecting online orders. ## Delivery and collection Standard doorstep delivery is the only home service, and the page says it may take between 3 and 4 working days. There is no expedited option at present. Members get standard delivery free on every order. Non-members get it free on orders of QAR 350 or more, measured after discounts and before delivery charges or taxes; under QAR 350 a QAR 30 shipping fee applies. Collecting from a participating Nike store costs nothing for eligible orders. The delivery page does not list specific areas of Qatar or name the participating stores, so check the pick-up option and the delivery line at checkout. ## Tracking and changes Use the Track Order link on nike.qa. A guest can also open Help, then Order Status, and enter the phone number from the order followed by the one-time code; Members see their orders under Profile, then Orders. Address changes and cancellations are not explained on the delivery, returns or payment pages. Contact chat with your order number as soon as you notice the problem. ## Returns and exchanges The deadline is 30 days from receiving the full order, and later requests are not processed. Nike accepts one return request per order, raised after every item has been delivered. Exchanges go through the same request, and an item can be exchanged or returned only once. Return items in their original packaging and condition with every tag, along with belts and designer packaging. Underwear (sports bras excepted), swimwear, socks and similar items, and products in sealed packaging, cannot be returned. You cannot choose how the parcel travels: Nike's partner shipping companies collect it. Purchases from a Nike store in Qatar go back to that store; if you cannot visit, contact it. - Open the order: Profile, then Orders for Members; Help, then Order Status with phone number and one-time code for guests. - Click Request Return or Exchange and pick the items. - Choose a reason, add a pickup address and click Continue. - Pack everything with its tags and original packaging, ready for Nike's partner courier. - Check the request status on the order page, where you can view or cancel it. ## Refunds Refund timing and method are not on the Qatar returns page; it links to a When will I be refunded? page that we did not read. The returns page does warn that Nike may refuse a refund or exchange for items it considers unfit for resale, that you pay return shipping if items are not in their original state, and that extra items not on the approved list are sent back at your cost. ## Payment methods The Qatar payment page lists Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards, Apple Pay for iOS users, gift cards valid online only, and cash on delivery for Members only. No fee, order limit or other condition is given for cash on delivery. Tabby, Tamara and e-wallets do not appear on the Qatar page. Open the order under Profile, then Orders, or as a guest under Help, then Order Status using your phone number and one-time code. Click Request Return or Exchange, pick the items and a reason, add a pickup address and continue. Hold off until every parcel is in, because only one request is allowed per order. ### How do I track a nike.qa order? Use the Track Order link on the site.
