The help centre at help.niceonesa.com answers shipping, payment and returns questions in short articles, each ending with a Contact us link. The help pages we read on 26 October 2026 do not give opening hours, a WhatsApp number or an email address. Call the number above or use the Contact us link, with your order number to hand. ## Delivery times and areas Delivery is quickest in the capital. The help centre says an order inside Riyadh arrives within 48 hours and an order anywhere else in the Kingdom within eight days. Both times count from the moment the order status changes to shipped (مشحون), not from payment. Shipping inside Saudi Arabia is free once the basket passes SAR 300. The pages we read do not state the charge on smaller orders, so check the checkout summary before you pay. A separate help article covers customers outside Riyadh who paid the cash-on-delivery fee and were still asked to pick the parcel up from a courier branch. It treats the SAR 28 as a fee for paying later, not a charge for doorstep delivery, and home delivery can be requested from the courier. ## Tracking and order status Because the delivery promise starts at the shipped status, that is the status to watch in your account. The help centre lists a separate article on tracking a shipment, plus articles on the statuses "shipment returned" and "returned to sender". Yes, if it has not been used or opened. Devices are the main exception to the no-returns rule for beauty and care items, but the device has to be in the same condition it was delivered in.
