## Delivery and fees in the UAE

Namshi charges AED 12 for standard delivery in the UAE and drops the fee once the order reaches AED 150, the lowest free delivery bar of the six Namshi countries in our data. Cash on delivery is charged on top, at AED 15, so a small cash order can carry AED 27 in fees before any discount.

If you need the parcel sooner, next-day delivery costs AED 14 on orders above AED 200, and same-day delivery costs AED 18 on orders above AED 350. When you compare codes, include the delivery fee in the sum: a cashback code capped at AED 10 is worth less than the AED 12 you save by adding a small item to cross AED 150. ## Returns and refunds in the UAE

Eligible Namshi items bought in the UAE can be sent back within 14 days, counted from the day they arrive rather than the day you ordered. Beauty products are the main exclusion and cannot be returned, so choose shades and formulas with care before checkout.

The UAE pages we read do not say whether returns are free, and they give no refund timeline, so keep your order confirmation until the money is back. They also do not mention a size exchange for the UAE, so if you are unsure about fit, check the size guide on the product page before ordering rather than relying on a swap. ## Before you pay at Namshi in the UAE

- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 150; below that it costs AED 12. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for AED 15. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
