Express prices appear in the article only for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, so for Kuwait the delivery article shows standard delivery alone. It also gives no delivery times, so rely on the estimate at checkout. If you have Namshi credit, it can pay the shipping fee. The article does not explain how the dollar fee is converted to dinars. ## Cancelling and getting help The Namshi help articles we read do not describe tracking, how to cancel, or a phone number or email for Kuwait. The one published rule on cancellation is that shipping fees are refunded when an order is cancelled after it has shipped, so a cancelled order under KWD 30 should get its USD 8 back. ## Returns and size exchanges You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. Namshi accepts them only unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original tags, brand labels and any security tag loop, in the brand box or original packaging and with every accessory, part and manual included. Beauty products are excluded, as is anything that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons. For a size problem you get one exchange, and if that size also fails you can return it. The Namshi team picks the item up. No return fee is stated, but Namshi's fair use policy allows fees on future orders, limits on free returns or, rarely, refusal for repeated or abusive returns. - Count 14 days from the day the order reached you and start before they run out. - Leave the tags, brand labels and security tag loop in place and do not wear or wash the item. - Repack it in the brand box or original packaging with all accessories, parts and manuals. - Ask for a return or a one-time size exchange, then hand the parcel to the Namshi team at collection. - Allow 4 to 5 days, and up to 30, for the quality check before the refund is released. ## Refunds Refunds are released after the quality check. A debit or credit card payment goes back to your bank account, usually within 5 to 7 business days depending on the bank. The return policy also gives a usual 24 hours for Tabby and Tamara refunds, which matters only if those options were offered on your order. Expect a smaller refund if the item fails the check. Taking off or damaging the security tag can mean losing up to 30% of the original paid price, a missing or damaged tag loop up to 30%, and damaged, incorrect or incomplete items, or parcels with extra or mismatched pieces, can be refunded at a reduced amount. On a KWD 20 item, a 30% deduction would be KWD 6. ## Payment methods Cash on delivery is not available in Kuwait at present, so the order is paid when you place it.
