The first is the store's own first-order code: 20% off a first purchase placed in the Namshi app, usable once and only on items marked as discountable. Its terms ask for a confirmed mobile number from Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia or the UAE, which leaves shoppers in Qatar and Oman outside it. The second group is official offers that need no code, such as the free delivery threshold in every country and, in the UAE, a 20% discount for FAB Rewards Indulge credit cardholders. The third and largest group is codes reported on other coupon sites. Each one we list was seen on a single site when we checked on 18 October 2026, so treat them as leads rather than promises. Many are cashback codes: the order total stays the same, and the cashback is credited to the noon Wallet once 14 days have passed since delivery. Namshi belongs to noon, which is why the credit lands there. Some cashback codes carry small caps, AED 10 in the UAE and KWD 2 in Kuwait, so read the cap before choosing one over a straight discount. ## Getting the most from a code at Namshi Caps shape the value more than the headline percentage. The first-order code stops at AED 75 in the UAE and SAR 75 in Saudi Arabia, so 20% reaches its limit on a basket of 375 in either currency, and anything above that adds nothing to the saving. It also needs a minimum basket equal to AED 100, and the Saudi terms say that once it has been used, the delivery address and phone number on the order cannot be changed. Check both before you place the order. In the UAE, the FAB Rewards Indulge offer gives 20% up to AED 100 on orders of AED 300 or more and can be used twice a month; it reaches its cap at AED 500. It cannot be combined with any code, with wallet credit, with Apple Pay or with buy now, pay later, so price the basket both ways and keep the better result. Cashback codes are worth less than they look if you send part of the order back, because returns can reduce the credit. Finally, the official code works only in the app; on the website, look at the reported codes or the bank offer instead. ## Delivery and returns across the Gulf Each Namshi country has its own free delivery bar. The UAE threshold is the easiest to reach: AED 150, with AED 12 charged below it. Saudi Arabia asks for SAR 200 and charges SAR 30 under that. In Kuwait the bar is KWD 30, in Bahrain BHD 35, in Oman OMR 35 and in Qatar QAR 350. In those four countries, smaller orders pay a fee that Namshi sets in US dollars, USD 8, so the local amount at checkout can move slightly with the exchange rate. Faster delivery is published only for the UAE (AED 14 for next day on orders over AED 200, AED 18 for same day over AED 350) and Saudi Arabia (SAR 18 for next day on orders over SAR 200, SAR 24 for same day over SAR 350). The return window is the same everywhere: 14 days from the day the parcel arrives, for eligible items. Whether returns are free is not published for any of the six countries. Beauty products cannot be returned in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi page warns that removing the security tag can cost up to 30% of the item price. In Bahrain, money is returned to the card or method you paid with once a quality check is done, which normally takes four to five days. ## Paying at Namshi, country by country Cash on delivery is offered only in the two largest markets. In the UAE it adds AED 15 to the order. In Saudi Arabia it costs SAR 34, which is more than the SAR 30 delivery fee, and it is not available if you choose leave-at-door or locker delivery. For Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, Namshi's payment page lists cash on delivery as unavailable for now, so plan to pay online. Tabby and Tamara instalments are listed for the UAE and Saudi Arabia. For the other four countries our fact file does not show whether either is offered, so treat them as not published and look at the payment step before you rely on them. Apple Pay is available in all six countries, and the Kuwait payment page also names credit and debit cards and Namshi credit. There is one catch in the UAE: the FAB Rewards Indulge discount does not work alongside Apple Pay, wallet credit or an instalment plan, so enter the card details directly if you want it. Cashback earned through codes stays in the noon Wallet, and our Saudi notes say it cannot be moved to a bank account. ## When a Namshi code is rejected Most rejections at Namshi come from a short list of causes. The first-order code fails on the website, on a second order, below the minimum basket, or on items that are not marked as discountable. It also fails when the phone number on the account is not from one of the accepted countries, which rules out Qatari and Omani numbers. In the UAE, the FAB card discount will not apply if a code, wallet credit, Apple Pay or instalments are on the same order, or if you have already used it twice that month. Reported codes are a different matter. Each one in our list was seen on only one other coupon site and Namshi does not publish them, so any of them may have ended or been narrowed to certain items without notice. If a cashback code is accepted but the total does not drop, nothing has gone wrong: the value arrives as wallet credit 14 days after delivery.
