## How to use a Nahdi Pharmacy code

- Sign in to your Nahdi account on the website or app; a first-order code needs a new account.
- Fill the basket, keeping in mind that one listed code covers baby products only.
- At checkout, enter the code in the coupon field and check that the extra percentage comes off, including on items already on offer.
- Choose card, Apple Pay or cash if you want free Express delivery from SAR 150; Tamara orders always pay delivery.
- After the order, Nuhdeek points are added at a rate of at least one per riyal; they are taken back if you return the item.

## Delivery and fees in KSA

Which fee you pay depends on the service. A standard Express basket under SAR 150 costs SAR 12 to deliver, and that figure already includes VAT; at SAR 150 it drops to nothing. Global items work to a separate scale, SAR 18 below SAR 250, and certain products also carry an import handling charge of SAR 17.25 that appears on top.

For urgent needs, Now aims to arrive in around 30 minutes. It costs SAR 9.99, it is offered on orders of SAR 150 or more, and it has to be paid online in advance. Couriers work 8am to midnight from Saturday to Thursday, and only 1pm to 9pm on Friday, so a Friday-morning order for something like baby formula will wait until the afternoon.

## Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia

Nahdi handles returns in its branches. Bring the product and its receipt to any Nahdi pharmacy, and do it within 14 days. Those 14 days count from the purchase date rather than the delivery date, so an order that took a while to reach you has less time left than you might think.

Some products cannot go back at all: medicines that need refrigeration, baby food and anything that has been used. If you do return an item, the delivery fee you paid stays with Nahdi, and the Nuhdeek points earned on that item are removed from your balance. For a cheap item bought on a small Express order, the SAR 12 fee and lost points can make a return hardly worth the trip.

## Paying in Saudi Arabia

Card and Apple Pay are the straightforward choices: they keep free delivery above the thresholds and unlock the Now service. Cash is listed among the payment methods with no fee published, but it cannot be used for Now orders. Tabby and mada are not mentioned on the pages we read.

Tamara is available, but every order paid through it is charged delivery, whatever the basket total. On a SAR 300 order of vitamins, that turns a free Express delivery into a SAR 12 one. That may be a fair price for spreading the payment on a big order, but on everyday purchases it is simply an extra cost, and it sits on top of whatever a code saves.

## Before you pay at Nahdi Pharmacy in Saudi Arabia

- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 150; below that it costs SAR 12. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.

## Tips for saving at Nahdi Pharmacy in Saudi Arabia

- Above SAR 150, pay by card or Apple Pay; choosing Tamara brings back the SAR 12 Express fee.
- Keep Global items in their own basket of SAR 250 or more, and look for the SAR 17.25 import handling line.
- Need something within the hour? Now costs SAR 9.99 on orders from SAR 150 and must be paid online, not in cash.
- On Fridays couriers start at 1pm, so place urgent weekend orders on Thursday evening, before midnight.

### How do I return something to Nahdi?

Within 14 days of purchase, bring it and the receipt to any Nahdi branch. The window starts on the purchase date, not when the order arrives. Delivery fees are not refunded, and the Nuhdeek points earned on the item are deducted from your balance.

### Which Nahdi products cannot be returned?

Refrigerated medicines, baby food and any used item. Those are excluded from returns at Nahdi pharmacies. If you are unsure about a baby formula or a fridge-stored product, check it carefully before buying, because there is no way to send it back.
