It handles refund requests for Global items that arrive damaged or do not match the order, and other refund issues. Guest Care hours are not stated on the pages we read. ## Delivery services, hours and fees Nahdi runs three services and has no minimum order value. Express covers the regular range: free at SAR 150 and above, SAR 12 including VAT below that. Global covers imported items: free at SAR 250 and above, SAR 18 below that, and some Global products add a SAR 17.25 import processing and handling fee under ZATCA rules. Now is the fastest service, bringing eligible pharmacy items in about 30 minutes. A basket worth SAR 150 or above pays SAR 9.99 for Now; a smaller one pays SAR 4 plus the SAR 12 Express fee, so SAR 16 in total. Now fees can change with the time of day or your location, and the final amount appears at checkout. It can be unavailable when slots are full or during high demand, technical problems or bad weather. Deliveries run Saturday to Thursday from 8am to midnight, and on Friday from 1pm to 9pm. Paying with Tamara means delivery fees apply whatever the order value, even above the free-delivery thresholds. ## Receiving and changing an order When the delivery captain arrives, you give them the OTP code sent to your registered mobile number, so keep that phone with you. Nahdi asks for an accurate address and contact details and for someone to be available at the scheduled time. For Now orders, the 30-minute clock starts once the order is confirmed and payment has gone through, and the order cannot be modified after it is placed. The pages we read do not describe live tracking or editing for Express and Global orders. ## Cancelling Two order types cannot be cancelled once placed: Now orders and imported Global orders. If a Global shipment does not reach you, it is cancelled after 8 days and the shipping charge is kept. When an order is cancelled before delivery, Nahdi refunds the full amount, including delivery fees, to the card automatically within 7 to 14 business days. ## Returning an item Express items are returned in person at any Nahdi pharmacy within 14 days of the purchase date, and the invoice is required: either the original or the invoice number from the Nahdi app. Items must be in their original condition, with no damage or colour change. Products bought under 1+1, 2+1 or second-piece offers must be returned as a complete set, and offer items are refunded at the value they had in the offer. Not accepted: used or damaged items, medicines whose barcode has been removed or erased, refrigerated medicines, baby food, products supplied through health insurance, purchases made with insurance, and maternity clothing kept off returns for public-health reasons. Global items cannot be returned on demand; if one arrives damaged or wrong, call Guest Care on 920024673. - Check the item is an Express product, unused and within 14 days of purchase. - Find the original invoice or the invoice number in the Nahdi app. - If it was part of a 1+1, 2+1 or second-piece offer, bring every item from the offer. - Take everything to any Nahdi pharmacy and ask for a return. ## Refunds For a cancellation before delivery, the money goes back to the card automatically in 7 to 14 business days, delivery fees included. For a returned item, the delivery fee is not refunded, and any Nuhdeek points earned on that purchase are deducted from your account. The pages we read do not give return-refund timings for cash, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara payments. Late Now orders have their own rule: past 45 minutes (30 minutes plus 15 of tolerance), the Now fee can be reclaimed as a Nuhdeek wallet coupon, as the FAQ below explains. The claim is refused if the order was cancelled or rescheduled, or nobody was there to receive it. ## Payment and Nuhdeek points Payment options shown on the site are mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, cash, Tamara and Tabby. Now orders must be paid online in advance, so cash is not possible there. Tamara orders always carry delivery fees. Nuhdeek members earn at least 1 point per riyal, credited within 24 hours; missing points can be claimed within a week using the receipt. No points are earned on Buy Now Pay Later transactions, on insurance transactions, on orders paid fully or partly with points or vouchers, or on GLP-1 medicines such as Ozempic and Mounjaro, insulin combined with GLP-1, and specialty medicines. No. Delivery fees are not refunded on returned items, and Nuhdeek removes the points that the purchase earned. From 1pm to 9pm. On Saturday to Thursday the delivery window is longer, from 8am until midnight.
