Labels are explained on [How we check codes](https://couponsradar.com/how-we-check/). ## How to use a Metro Brazil code - Open metrobrazil.com and pick your country, so prices, banners and delivery rules match where the parcel is going. - Check the size chart or the Smart Fitting Room before adding shapewear, because those items cannot be returned or exchanged. - Go to checkout and enter your address; delivery fees only show once the address is in. - If you have a promo code, type it into the discount box at checkout and confirm the total drops before you pay. - Choose express or standard shipping and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by the local options your country site lists. ## Delivery and fees in Qatar Qatar is one of only three Metro Brazil markets priced in its own currency, and the banner sets free delivery at QAR 399. Below that a fee applies, but its amount is not published. Express takes 2 to 4 working days and standard 4 to 7. The Qatar policy warns that peak periods such as White Friday can delay orders, and that neither the standard nor the express fee is refunded because of a delay. If you are paying for express before a busy season, accept that the speed is not assured. Regular buyers in Qatar can earn VIP status by spending over QAR 1,000 in a year, which brings free express delivery for the next 12 months. ## Returns and refunds in Qatar Items bought from the Qatar site can be returned once within 7 days, provided they are untried and still have their tags on. Shapewear is final sale and cannot be returned at all. The customer pays for the return shipping, whether you want a refund or a different size. An exchange is allowed within the same 7 days, again excluding shapewear. When the return is processed, you choose how to be refunded. Store credit is the quickest and arrives the same day, which suits anyone planning to reorder in another size. A refund to the card or wallet you paid with takes longer. Leave the tags on until you are sure, because a tried item without tags will not qualify. ## Paying in Qatar Qatar orders are paid online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cash on delivery is not offered. Tabby and Tamara are not mentioned on the Qatar pages, so instalments are not published for Qatar, unlike the Saudi and UAE sites. If you were planning to spread the cost of a large order, check the payment step on the day. Because the Qatar site shows prices in Qatari riyals, what you see is what your card is charged, without the dirham conversion that Kuwaiti, Bahraini and Omani buyers face. Once you pay, any change has to go through customer service quickly, before the parcel is handed to the courier. ## Metro Brazil Qatar at a glance | | | | --- | --- | | Free delivery | From QAR 399 per the Qatar banner; prices are in riyals. | | Shipping time | 2-4 working days express, 4-7 standard; peak seasons can add delays. | | Late orders | Standard and express fees are not refunded for delays. | | Returns | One return within 7 days for untried items with tags; shapewear excluded. | | Payment | Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay; cash on delivery not offered. | | VIP | More than QAR 1,000 in a year brings free express delivery. | | Free delivery from | QAR 399 | | Return window | 7 days | | Free returns | No | | Cash on delivery | No | | Also accepts | Apple Pay | Read from Metro Brazil’s own Qatar pages on 18 October 2026 · .
