Have your order number ready, plus a screenshot of the checkout total in dirhams if your question is about the amount charged. ## Delivery from Dubai to Kuwait Packing takes up to 24 hours after the order is confirmed and sits outside the delivery estimate. The parcel then needs 2–4 working days on the express service or 4–7 on standard, with one of four couriers: Naqel, Aramex, SMSA or DHL. The Kuwait header shows free delivery from 299, with no currency printed; the site prices in dirhams, while the Kuwait FAQ mentions a higher bar. Shipping costs are only shown after you enter a Kuwaiti address. Express is free for VIP clients across the GCC, but the spend level for Kuwait is not stated in what we read. What remains must be unworn, untried, tagged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you up front. The Kuwait page quotes the fees in Saudi riyals, SAR 30 per return and SAR 45 per exchange, with no dinar or dirham figure. You may instead post the parcel to the company address yourself and send the tracking number. - Within 7 days of receiving the order, message Metro Brazil to open a return or exchange. - Repack the item in the same kind of packaging it arrived in, bag or box; this is required. - Pay the quoted fee, or ship it yourself to the company address and pass on the tracking number. - Take it to an Aramex or SMSA office, or request a collection. - Expect 3–6 working days in transit and processing within 24 hours of arrival. ## Refunds and deductions After processing, the money comes back either as same-day store credit or to the method you paid with after 7–15 working days. An exchange item ships out within 3–6 working days. For Kuwait the deductions matter. Duties and VAT are taken off the refund. If you refuse to pay customs charges at the door, the parcel may go back and every fee already paid, shipping, duty and tax, is deducted before the remainder is refunded or credited. A refused or unanswered shipment that ends up destroyed is not refunded at all. ## Payment methods Kuwaiti shoppers can pay with cards, KNET among them, or with the Apple and Google phone wallets.
