For address fixes and order changes, use WhatsApp: both rules run on hours, not days. ## Delivery to Bahrain Each order is packed within 24 hours of confirmation; the clock for delivery starts afterwards. Express shipping is quoted at 2–4 working days and standard at 4–7, using Naqel, Aramex, SMSA or DHL. The header on the Bahrain site advertises free delivery +299 without naming a currency, and the site lists prices in dirhams. Any fee below that only shows once you enter a Bahraini address. The policy reserves free express delivery for VIP clients in the GCC but gives no Bahrain spend level. Expect slower parcels around Ramadan, Eid Al-Adha, White Friday, year end and national days. Shipping charges are not refunded for delays, including customs hold-ups. ## Tracking and the 6-hour address window Tracking goes out by email and text message when the parcel ships, and you can follow it from your account too. Bahraini addresses have several parts (building, road, block), so check them straight after ordering. Customer support can correct the address or phone number within 6 hours of the order, before it ships; after that, you take it up with the courier. An error that is never reported leaves the customer responsible, and a delivery that fails because you were unavailable is not refunded. ## Changing or cancelling You may change or cancel inside 3 hours of ordering, before dispatch, and before 2 PM Mecca time (3 PM Dubai) on a working day. Bahrain keeps the same time as Mecca, so 2 PM in Manama is the limit. ## Returns and exchanges Bahrain is treated as a GCC destination, so one return or exchange is allowed, starting within 7 days of receipt. The item has to be unused, untried, tagged and in its original packaging. Final sale covers shapewear, body-hugging garments, underwear and lingerie, intimate, health and personal-care products, gift cards and free gifts. Return shipping is on you and is paid up front; the Bahrain page prices it in Saudi currency, with a return costing SAR 30 and an exchange SAR 45. You can also ship it yourself to the company address and share the tracking number. - Within 7 days of delivery, tell Metro Brazil you want a return or exchange. - Repack in the original type of packaging, bag or box. Without it, the item is sent back to you without notice. - Pay the return or exchange fee, or arrange your own shipment with a tracking number. - Take the parcel to an Aramex or SMSA office in Bahrain, or ask for a pickup. - It takes 3–6 working days to reach the warehouse and is processed within 24 hours. ## Refunds You can take store credit, issued the same day, or wait 7–15 working days for the money to return to your original method. Replacement items ship in 3–6 working days. Expect less than you paid. Duties and VAT are deducted, and the return shipping was yours to cover. If a parcel is refused or not collected and returns to the warehouse, shipping, duty and tax are deducted from what is refunded; a destroyed parcel brings no refund. Items in the wrong condition come back to you instead. ## Payment methods Bahrain checkout accepts cards and the Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets, with no cash on delivery.
