If you are near Downtown Dubai, the Concierge Desk at the flagship in The Dubai Mall is also the point where Click & Collect orders are handed over. ## Delivery options and fees Standard delivery costs AED 25 on baskets below AED 350 and nothing from AED 350 upwards. The fee is worked out on the basket total, so a pair at AED 320 pays AED 345 at checkout, while a pair at AED 360 ships free. Speed depends on where you are and when you order. For a Dubai address, anything ordered before 8pm is eligible for 90-minute delivery. In the other emirates, an order placed before 2pm is eligible for same-day delivery; after 2pm, expect it the following day. Click & Collect lets you skip the courier: choose it at checkout and pick the order up from the Concierge Desk at Level Shoes, The Dubai Mall. ## Tracking and changing an order The FAQ page has a Track Orders / Create Returns link that opens a guest form, so you can follow a parcel or start a return without signing in. Signed-in shoppers can also check orders from their account. Level Shoes does not publish a rule for editing the address or items on a UAE order after it is placed. With 90-minute and same-day options, the window is short, so call the UAE line straight away if something needs to change. ## Cancelling The pages we read do not set out a cancellation window for UAE orders. Pieces bought from the Pre-Loved section are a different case: they are excluded from returns, so check size and condition carefully before you pay. ## Returning an item You have 30 days from the delivery date to send items back free of charge, and Level Shoes collects the parcel from your address. Items must be unworn and sent back in their full original packaging. Three categories are excluded: Pre-Loved, fragrances and socks. Orders paid in cash on delivery get their money back as a Level Shoes e-gift card for online use, never as cash. Card, wallet and instalment payments go back to the original method; no processing time for those is stated for the UAE. ## Payment methods The UAE site takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Tabby and Tamara for splitting the cost and cash on delivery.
