## Customer service

Saudi shoppers have their own toll-free number, 800 111 1364, staffed between 9am and 9pm. Ring it for delivery questions, arranging a return and asking where a refund has got to.

The FAQ page also has a Contact Us section with an email route. No WhatsApp number for Saudi Arabia appears on the pages we read.

## Delivery times and fees

Below SAR 500 the delivery charge is SAR 50; at SAR 500 or more it is waived. Riyadh is the exception: when the order ships from Level Shoes stock held in Saudi Arabia, delivery inside Riyadh is free whatever the basket value. Checkout shows which case applies.

Timing has three tiers. Inside Riyadh, a 2-hour service covers selected products, while other locally stocked items arrive the same or next day. Elsewhere in the Kingdom, local stock takes 1 to 3 business days. Anything that ships from Dubai takes 2 to 4 business days, wherever you live.

## Tracking and changing an order

Use the Track Orders / Create Returns form linked from the FAQ page, or the orders area of your account. The tracking view is also the quickest way to see whether a parcel is coming from Riyadh stock or from Dubai.

Level Shoes does not publish a self-service way to edit a Saudi order. Call 800 111 1364 during opening hours if the address or an item needs to change, and do it early for 2-hour Riyadh orders.

## Cancelling

No cancellation window for Saudi orders is stated on the pages we read, so ring the toll-free line as soon as you decide. Pre-Loved purchases follow their own rules, including no cash on delivery, so read that section of the FAQ before buying a pre-owned piece.

## Returning an item

Saudi customers get 30 days from delivery to return, and Level Shoes charges neither a fee nor customs duties on the way back, including for items that originally shipped from Dubai.

- Within 30 days of delivery, open the Create Returns form or your account and choose the item.
- Pack it unworn with its box, dust bag and tags.
- Follow the hand-over instructions you receive, or call 800 111 1364 if nothing arrives.
- Hand the parcel over and keep any reference number you are given.

## Refunds

Once the return is processed, card and wallet refunds take between 2 and 10 business days to show, depending on your bank. Orders paid in cash at the door are not refunded in cash: you receive a Level Shoes e-gift card instead.

## Payment methods

mada is accepted alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. Tabby and Tamara are both offered for instalments, and couriers collect cash payments in riyals. A cash-on-delivery fee is not published, so check the final total. Pre-Loved items cannot be paid for in cash on delivery.

### Will I pay customs when I return an item shipped from Dubai?

No. Level Shoes states that Saudi returns within 30 days carry no fees and no duties, so sending back a pair that came from Dubai costs nothing. The item must still be unworn and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted.

### How long does a refund take to reach my mada card?

Between 2 and 10 business days after the return is processed, depending on your bank. The money goes back to the card you paid with. If the order was paid in cash on delivery, Level Shoes issues an e-gift card, available without the bank wait but only for Level Shoes purchases.

### Is delivery free everywhere in Saudi Arabia?

Only on baskets of SAR 500 or more. Below that, delivery costs SAR 50, except in Riyadh when the order ships from Saudi stock, where it is free at any value. If part of a Riyadh order ships from Dubai, check checkout for the charge that applies.

### Can I pay for Pre-Loved pieces with cash on delivery?

No. Pre-Loved items have their own payment rules in Saudi Arabia and cash on delivery is not offered for them. Pay by mada, card, Apple Pay or an instalment option where checkout allows it. Read the Pre-Loved section of the FAQ first, because those orders work differently from new stock.
