Bring it with your National ID; only the account owner or an authorised person can collect, and orders are cancelled 3 days after the first SMS.

## Tracking and address changes

## Cancelling

Use the cancel button at the top of the Orders page while the order is Processing or In Fulfillment. Partial cancellations cannot be done online, so call 77997755. Jarir may cancel out-of-stock items during offer periods and refund them to the original payment method. When a cancellation is caused by a technical issue, the amount is only blocked and your bank releases it within 14 days.

## Returns and exchanges

Items go back in their original condition and packaging with the sealed invoice. The FAQ gives 7 days from receipt for wrong or mismatched items and says other returns depend on the date you received the order, so treat 7 days as the safe limit. Shipping charges are deducted from the refund unless the product does not match the listing or has a manufacturing defect.
