Our IKEA Qatar coupon page covers discount codes. ## Delivery options and fees Online orders pay QAR 29 to deliver accessories and QAR 49 for furniture, and we found no published free-delivery threshold. If you need it fast, the express-plus-assembly service is QAR 350, with next-day arrival when you order by 2 pm. The terms add that fees depend on location, size and weight, and that a defective product is redelivered within 2 to 7 days. Frequent buyers can take the IKEA Family Plus subscription. For QAR 99 a year it covers delivery of both accessories and furniture, on online and in-store orders alike. It does not cover express delivery, assembly, kitchen installation, lighting, AS-IS delivery, curtain installation or the cash-on-delivery service. You must live in Qatar, be 18 or over and hold a Qatari ID or passport. ## Rescheduling and collection Deliveries and assembly can only be postponed, not brought forward, and the request must reach IKEA 48 hours before the scheduled date; the order then moves to the next available slot. Click and Collect orders cannot be rescheduled at all. If an item in a collection order is unavailable, you can take a refund for it or cancel the whole order, and orders not collected are cancelled 48 hours after the third confirmation. ## Changing or cancelling an order After the confirmation email you may not be able to change products or add more, and changes after purchase can cost extra. Orders paid by cash on delivery or by PayLater cannot be partly cancelled; you cancel the whole order and place it again. If IKEA rejects an order, it refunds you within three working days of the notice. ## How to return a product Unopened products can be returned within 90 days with proof of purchase. The terms point to IKEA Qatar's return policy page for the full procedure, which we could not load, so confirm the details with customer service on 800 4532 before you travel to a store with a large item. - Make sure the product is unopened and within 90 days of purchase. - Find your proof of purchase. - Call 800 4532 to confirm where and how to return it. - If you paid cash on delivery, plan to settle the refund or exchange in store. - For a missing item on a cash-on-delivery order, report it within 2 days of delivery. ## Refunds Card refunds go to your bank and may take from 1 business day to 3 weeks. Cash-on-delivery refunds and exchanges are handled in store. Purchases made with a gift card or refund card are refunded as a refund card or return voucher only. The Family Plus fee is refundable in full if you cancel within 14 days and have not received a delivery. ## Payment methods Online you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, an IKEA gift card or Blue Rewards points, or choose PayLater or cash on delivery. JCB and Samsung Pay are listed for stores. Cash on delivery costs an extra QAR 10 per order, has a QAR 10,000 ceiling, is paid in Qatari riyals with exact change, and cannot be combined with a card or a gift card. Gift cards hold QAR 50 to QAR 5,000, are loaded once and stay valid for one year. Qatar residents aged 18 or over with a valid Qatari ID or passport. The subscription costs QAR 99, runs for one year from purchase and works only in Qatar. You get a reminder at least 30 days before it ends; if you do not renew, it is cancelled automatically. ### Can I cancel IKEA Family Plus and get my QAR 99 back? Yes, in full, if you cancel within the first 14 days and before receiving any delivery. After 14 days there is no refund, but the benefits run until the period ends. Cancel through IKEA customer service on 8004532 or by email at IKEA.Qatar@alfuttaim.com. If you do not renew, it lapses automatically. ### What is the maximum order for cash on delivery at IKEA Qatar? QAR 10,000.
