Use the help or contact link on homecentre.com/om, and put your questions about return windows and cash fees in writing so you have the answer on record. ## Delivery and Click & Collect The Oman site asks you to choose a delivery area before you browse, so the catalogue reflects where you live. Free shipping is advertised, but the minimum order for it is not stated in what we saw; check the delivery line in the basket. Fast delivery is limited to Muscat and Seeb. Elsewhere the site gives no delivery timing, so allow extra days for furniture or anything needed by a fixed date. Click & Collect is available, and the Oman pages mention a warranty alongside it, without giving its length. Collecting from a store can be the simpler choice for a bulky piece if you live near one. ## Tracking and cancelling Tracking, order changes and cancellation are not described on the Oman pages we read. Contact support quickly if you need to change or stop an order. ## Returns Returns are called free on the Oman pages. Missing from them: the number of days you have, the state the item must be in, and whether it is collected or dropped off. Ask support about all three before sending anything back, and hold on to the box and the confirmation email until the return is closed. ## Ways to pay Oman orders can be paid in cash at the door, but no charge for it is stated in what we read. The checkout page shows the other accepted methods and whether any COD fee is added. ## Saving at Home Centre in Oman The strongest offer right now: HCMISSU10, Extra 10% off. So the site can show what is available for your address. Fast delivery covers only Muscat and Seeb, and timings elsewhere are not given, so picking the right area first gives you a more realistic view of what can reach you and when. ### How long does delivery take outside Muscat and Seeb? Home Centre Oman does not publish a delivery time for areas outside Muscat and Seeb in what we read. Check the estimate shown at checkout, allow extra days for furniture, and consider Click & Collect if a store is closer than waiting for a delivery. ### Is there a warranty on orders collected in store in Oman? The Oman pages mention a warranty together with Click & Collect but do not say how long it lasts or what it covers. Ask support for the warranty period on the specific item before you buy, and save the confirmation email as proof of the purchase date. ### What is the return window for Home Centre Oman purchases? The Oman pages we read do not give a number. They say returns are free but leave out the window and the conditions. Ask customer support before you buy anything large, and keep the item unused and in its packaging until you have their answer. ### Can I cancel a Home Centre Oman order? No cancellation rule is published on the Oman pages we read. Contact support through homecentre.com/om as soon as possible, ideally before dispatch, and ask for written confirmation that the order is cancelled and how a card or cash payment will be returned. ### Is there a fee for paying cash on delivery in Oman? None is stated in what we read. The Oman pages confirm that cash on delivery is available but do not give a service charge for it. Look at the order summary before confirming to see whether anything is added for paying cash. ## Sources - [homecentre.com/om/en](https://www.homecentre.com/om/en) - [homecentre.com/om/en/c/household-homefragrance](https://www.homecentre.com/om/en/c/household-homefragrance) ## Home Centre in other Gulf countries [Home Centre UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/home-centre/uae/delivery-returns/)[Home Centre KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/home-centre/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[Home Centre Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/home-centre/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[Home Centre Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/home-centre/qatar/delivery-returns/)[Home Centre Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/home-centre/bahrain/delivery-returns/) **[Omar Khatib](https://couponsradar.com/team/omar/)** · Marketplaces, electronics, home and travel Omar follows the big Gulf marketplaces and electronics retailers.
