# Home Centre Bahrain: delivery, returns and customer service

Reviewed by [Omar Khatib](https://couponsradar.com/team/omar/) · Updated 18 October 2026

## In short

This page gathers what Home Centre Bahrain publishes about delivery, payment and after-sales cover. The published detail is limited: household orders ship free above BHD 20, and furniture carries a two-year warranty. Codes are on our Home Centre Bahrain coupon page.

## Customer service

The Bahrain pages we read do not give a phone number, email address, chat service or opening hours. Use the contact route on homecentre.com/bh, and before buying anything bulky, ask there for the return terms and keep a copy of the reply.

## Delivery areas and thresholds

Household orders ship free above BHD 20. Furniture is less clear: one page sets the free shipping line at BHD 49 and another at BHD 100, and the fee below either line is not published, so the delivery charge in your basket is the figure to trust.

The site says it currently delivers to certain regions only. Manama and Muharraq get fast delivery, and the Shukran Fast filter narrows the catalogue to quicker items. Enter your full address before paying to confirm the order can be delivered, especially if you live outside those two areas.

## Tracking and cancelling

The Bahrain pages we read do not explain how to track, change or cancel an order. Contact support straight away if you need to stop or alter one.

## Returns and warranty

No return window or return procedure for Bahrain appears in what we read. What is published is warranty cover, which runs 24 months for furniture and 12 months for household items.

A warranty answers a fault, not a change of mind. If something breaks within the period, gather the order confirmation, the delivery date and clear photos of the defect before you contact support, since the pages do not say what evidence a claim needs.

## Ways to pay

Tabby and Tamara are named on the Bahrain pages, so a big sofa or bed can be paid for in parts. Whether cash on delivery is offered, and at what charge, is not stated in what we read; the full list of methods appears at checkout.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I check whether Home Centre delivers to my area in Bahrain?

Enter your full address before you pay. The site says delivery currently reaches certain regions only, with fast delivery in Manama and Muharraq. If your address cannot be served, checkout is the first place you will find out, so check before you plan around a delivery date.

### How long is the warranty on a Home Centre lamp or kitchen item in Bahrain?

One year, the cover the Bahrain pages give for household items. Furniture gets two years. Keep the order confirmation as proof of the purchase date, and contact support with photos if a fault appears, because the pages do not describe the claim process.

### Is delivery free on a BHD 60 furniture order in Bahrain?

It depends on which figure checkout applies. One Bahrain page puts free furniture shipping at BHD 49, which a BHD 60 order clears; another says BHD 100, which it does not. The fee below the threshold is not published, so read the basket before you pay.

### Can I cancel a Home Centre Bahrain order?

The Bahrain pages we read do not set out a cancellation rule. Contact customer support through homecentre.com/bh as soon as you decide, before the order is dispatched, and ask them to confirm the cancellation and how any payment will be returned.

### Does Home Centre Bahrain publish delivery times?

Not as a number of days in what we read. The site offers fast delivery in Manama and Muharraq and a Shukran Fast filter for quicker items, but gives no timing for other areas. Check the estimate shown at checkout before relying on a date.

### Where can I find Home Centre Bahrain's return rules?

They are not on the Bahrain pages we read, which cover thresholds, delivery areas, payment and warranty. Ask customer support for the return window and method before you buy, especially for furniture, and keep the original packaging until you know the answer.
