## How to use a H&M code

- Shop on your country's H&M site (sa.hm.com, ae.hm.com or kw.hm.com) or in the H&M MENA app.
- Decide whether the basket is full-price or sale, because several codes listed for H&M only cover non-discounted items.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field before choosing payment.
- Read the order summary: some codes are listed at different rates on different pages, so the summary shows what you actually get.
- Check the delivery line too; if you are just under the free delivery amount, adding an item may save more than the code.

## Delivery and fees in the UAE

Standard delivery from ae.hm.com costs AED 19. The delivery information page makes it free on orders above AED 149, but some product pages display AED 99 as the free delivery level. We cannot tell from the snippets which is current, so treat AED 149 as the safe figure and let the order summary confirm whether a lower threshold applies to your basket.

Click and collect is offered as an alternative to home delivery in the UAE. Our notes do not give a fee or timing for it, but it is worth comparing with the AED 19 charge on a small order. Delivery times for home delivery are not published in what we read. If you are shopping for something specific, check the product page for any delivery note before you build the basket around a code.

## Returns and refunds in the UAE

UAE shoppers have 14 days to return an H&M online order, either online or at an H&M store. There is one important exception: items from Monki, & Other Stories and Nike, which are sold through the H&M site, can only be returned online. Taking them to an H&M branch will not work, so factor that in before buying them with a code.

The delivery fee follows its own rule. If you send back the whole order, the original AED 19 delivery charge is refunded along with the items. The page only promises that for complete returns, so returning one piece from a three-piece order does not bring the fee back. If you think you might keep only part of an order, passing the free delivery threshold removes the issue. Whether online returns cost anything is not published in our notes.

## Paying for H&M in the UAE

The UAE payment options page lists cash on delivery as well as Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Apple Pay saves typing card details in the app, and cash on delivery is available if you prefer to pay at the door; no fee for it is published in what we read.

ae.hm.com also has a buy-now-pay-later page, but the snippets we hold do not say which provider it uses, so we cannot confirm Tabby or Tamara. If instalments matter, open the payment step before applying a code. We have no UAE bank-card offers for H&M on file. Because the codes listed for the UAE quote inconsistent rates, compare the order summary with what you expected before you tap to pay, and remove the code if the saving is smaller than the delivery fee you could avoid.

## Before you pay at H&M in the UAE

- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 149; below that it costs AED 19. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.

## Tips for saving at H&M in the UAE

- Aim for AED 149 rather than AED 99, and let the order summary show if the lower threshold applies.
- Buy Monki, & Other Stories and Nike pieces only if you are happy to return them online, since stores will not take them.
- If you might send back only part of an order, cross the free delivery line, as the AED 19 fee is refunded only on full returns.
- Check the summary for the actual rate, because one UAE code is listed at anything from 10% to 20%.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is there a working H&M promo code in the UAE today?

H&M runs free delivery over AED 149 in the UAE without a code (last checked 18 Oct 2026). The strongest code is PF347: 10% off full-price items (unverified, last checked 26 Oct 2026).

### How many H&M codes does Coupons Radar list for the UAE?

As of 26 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 11 live offers for H&M in the UAE: 1 from the store itself and 10 listed on coupon sites. H&M in the UAE: free delivery from AED 149; returns within 14 days. 1 more failed in our tests and are marked "Not working".

### How much must I spend for free delivery at H&M UAE?

AED 149 on the delivery page, though some product pages show AED 99. Below the threshold, standard delivery costs AED 19. Because the two figures disagree, plan on AED 149 and check the delivery line at checkout: if it reads zero on a smaller basket, the lower threshold is in force.

### Can I return H&M online orders to a UAE store?

Mostly yes, within 14 days. Online orders can be returned online or at an H&M store in the UAE. The exception is items from Monki, & Other Stories and Nike, which can only be returned online. Keep that in mind before buying those brands through ae.hm.com.

### How long is the H&M return window in the UAE?

14 days. You have 14 days to return an online order in the UAE, online or in store, subject to the online-only rule for Monki, & Other Stories and Nike. The snippets we read do not give a refund timeline, so keep your order confirmation until the money is back.

### Is the H&M UAE delivery fee refunded if I return my order?

Yes, if you return the whole order. The original AED 19 delivery charge is refunded when every item goes back. The page only promises this for a complete return, so a partial return keeps the fee with H&M. Orders above the free delivery threshold had no fee to refund in the first place.

### Can I pay cash on delivery at H&M UAE?

Yes. The UAE payment options include cash on delivery, together with Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. No cash-on-delivery fee is published in the snippets we read, so check the order summary after selecting it to make sure nothing extra has been added.

### Can I pay with Apple Pay at H&M UAE?

Yes. Apple Pay is one of the listed payment methods in the UAE, alongside Visa, Mastercard and cash on delivery. It is handy in the H&M MENA app, where it saves typing card details. A discount code is applied before payment, so the Apple Pay amount already reflects it.

### Can I use Tabby or Tamara at H&M UAE?

Not confirmed. ae.hm.com has a buy-now-pay-later page, but the snippets we read do not name the provider, so we cannot say whether it is Tabby, Tamara or another service. Open the payment step before applying a code and see which instalment options, if any, appear.

### Why does my H&M UAE code give a different discount than listed?

Because the listings are inconsistent. One UAE code is quoted at rates from 10% to 20% on the same page, and full-price codes skip sale items entirely. A code widely shared on other sites also failed in our test on 25 October 2026. The order summary shows the real discount.
