## Customer service

H&M does not list a customer service phone number, email or opening hours for Saudi Arabia in the facts we hold, and its Saudi delivery and returns pages blocked our reader on 26 October 2026. The App Store listing for the H&M MENA app does not name a support channel either. For help with an order, start from the order details in your account or the app, and for an in-person answer about a return, H&M shops across the Kingdom accept online purchases as returns.

## Delivery options and fees

Standard home delivery costs SAR 19. It becomes free once the order is above SAR 199. In practice, a basket of SAR 185 pays SAR 204 in total, while topping the basket up past SAR 199 removes the fee, which is often the better use of SAR 15 to SAR 20.

H&M does not publish Saudi delivery times, cities or express options in the facts we have, so rely on the date the checkout gives you. Cash on delivery appears among the payment options in the terms of sale, which means the parcel can be paid for at the door if you prefer.

## Tracking an order

Inside the H&M MENA app you can follow an order step by step, from the moment you buy online until it is delivered, according to its App Store listing. The same app keeps a wish list and can send alerts about collections and offers if you allow notifications. H&M does not publish a way to change an address or the items on an order once it is placed.

## Cancelling an order

H&M does not describe a cancellation procedure for Saudi orders in the facts we hold. If you no longer want an order that has already shipped, the dependable route is to accept it and use the 14-day return, either online or in a store.

## Returning items

The return window is 14 days for anything bought online, and the handover can happen online or at a Saudi H&M shop. A store return is usually the quicker of the two because you do not wait for a courier. - Check that you are still inside the 14 days and keep the order confirmation or receipt.
- Decide whether to return online or at a store; Saudi H&M shops take web orders back.
- For a store return, bring the items and your order details to the till.
- For an online return, follow the instructions on the returns and refunds page or in your account.
- If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, say so, because that affects whether the delivery fee comes back.

## Refunds

The price of the returned items is refunded, but the SAR 19 delivery fee stays with H&M unless the item was faulty, damaged or the wrong one. So if you paid SAR 19 on a SAR 150 order and return everything because the fit was wrong, expect SAR 150 back, not SAR 169. H&M does not publish refund times or the refund route for each payment method in the facts we hold.

### How do I track my H&M order in Saudi Arabia?

Use the H&M MENA app. Its App Store listing says you can follow an order step by step from the online purchase until delivery. The same listing names Saudi Arabia among the countries the app serves. Sign in with the account you ordered from so the order appears, and turn on notifications if you want updates without opening the app.

### Is handing items back in a shop quicker than an online return in Saudi Arabia?

Usually, yes. Web orders can be taken to an H&M shop anywhere in the Kingdom within 14 days, so you hand the items over yourself instead of waiting for a courier collection. The online route is still open if no store is close. Either way the 14-day limit and the delivery-fee rule are the same.

### What if the wrong piece turns up in my parcel?

Return it within 14 days and state that it is not what you ordered. A wrong, faulty or damaged item is the one case in which H&M Saudi Arabia also gives back the SAR 19 delivery fee. Keep the packaging and your order details, and take a photo of the item and label in case you are asked for it.

### Does H&M publish delivery times for Saudi Arabia?

If your order was above SAR 199, there was no delivery fee to lose.

### Can I hand the courier cash for my Saudi H&M parcel?

Yes. The H&M terms of sale for Saudi Arabia name card payment and also cash at the door. No separate fee for cash on delivery is stated in the facts we hold, so check the order summary before confirming. Have the exact amount ready if you can, since the delivery itself is SAR 19 on orders of SAR 199 or less.
