## How to use a Foot Locker code

- Open the Foot Locker store for the country you are shipping to; the Saudi, UAE, Kuwaiti, Qatari and Bahraini sites are separate.
- Add your items to the bag and sign in, since some listed codes are for first orders or new app customers.
- Enter the code in the promo code box at checkout and apply it.
- Check the discount line: several listed codes cover full-price items only, so a reduced pair may not qualify.
- Pick delivery and payment last, remembering that cash and Click & Collect orders may have to be returned in store.

## Delivery and fees in Kuwait

Standard delivery costs KWD 3 and takes 1 to 2 days, and orders above KWD 35 are delivered free. Same-day delivery is also KWD 3 when you order before 2 PM, which makes it the obvious pick if you need shoes today and your order is under KWD 35. The facts we hold do not say whether same-day delivery becomes free above KWD 35, so check the delivery options at checkout.

Some coupon sites have mentioned free delivery from KWD 17, yet the store's own Kuwait delivery page sets the bar at KWD 35, and that is the figure to plan around. Click & Collect is not described for Kuwait in the facts we hold, so treat home delivery as the standard route.

## Returns and refunds in Kuwait

Returns are accepted for 14 days, either online with a pickup from your home or at a Foot Locker store in Kuwait. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Cash orders follow different rules. If you return one in a store, the refund is handled there, but if you return it online, the money comes back as Aura credits rather than cash. Any surcharge you paid for cash on delivery is not refunded either way. If you would rather have the money back on your card or through KNET, pay that way at checkout. Refund timing for card and KNET payments is not published in the facts we hold, so keep your return confirmation until the money arrives.

## Paying in Kuwait

Foot Locker Kuwait accepts Visa, Mastercard, KNET and Apple Pay, plus cash on delivery on orders up to KWD 300. The facts we hold do not give the cash fee, but the store does say the surcharge is not refunded on returns. Tabby and Tamara are not offered.

For an order above KWD 300 you will need a card, KNET or Apple Pay. KNET is the local choice that also keeps an online return simple, since a cash order returned online is refunded in Aura credits. Customer service is on 182-12-12 from 9 AM to 10 PM Saturday to Thursday and from 1 PM to 10 PM on Friday, with WhatsApp and live chat also listed.

## Before you pay at Foot Locker in Kuwait

- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from KWD 35; below that it costs KWD 3. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.

## Tips for saving at Foot Locker in Kuwait

- Order before 2 PM to get same-day delivery for the standard KWD 3.
- Spend more than KWD 35 for free delivery, and disregard lower thresholds posted on other sites.
- Pay with KNET or a card if you may return online, since cash orders returned online come back as Aura credits.
- Cash on delivery stops at KWD 300, so have KNET, a card or Apple Pay ready for bigger orders.
