Opening hours, an email address and live chat are not stated. When you call, quote your name, delivery address and order reference so the agent can locate your purchase. Report a damaged, faulty or wrong item straight away through customer service; for those cases Farfetch lets you choose a refund to your card or to your Farfetch account. ## Delivery in the UAE A Farfetch order is really a set of orders from different sellers. Each brand or boutique gets 2 business days to process its part, and items held in different places can reach Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah in separate parcels. Express is available to most destinations; the price and any other service for your address show at checkout. Farfetch's general estimate is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, with no UAE-specific figure. Parcels travel with DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or DPD and can be delivered on any day, Friday and Saturday included. Some need a signature. A missed parcel may be redelivered or held at a collection point, and returned to origin if nobody collects it. Farfetch cannot deliver to a PO Box, so use a full street or building address. The AED total already covers duties and taxes. ## Tracking and changes After the boutique processes your items, an email arrives with the tracking number. The same details sit under Orders & Returns when you are signed in, and guest orders can be looked up with the order details. If your order is split, expect a tracking email for each parcel. There is no published way to edit an address or swap a size after checkout. Ask customer service as early as possible, ideally on the same day, because once the label is printed the order can no longer be cancelled in the normal way. ## Cancelling Self-service cancellation sits in Orders & Returns: select the items, give a reason and confirm, and you will get an email. If the button is missing, call 00971454163660 or use the Contact us page. Cancel before the shipment is prepared and the whole payment, shipping included, is refunded. After the label is printed Farfetch sends a free return instead, and refunds everything, shipping too, once the item is back and accepted. For customised and made-to-order pieces the window is just 48 hours. ## How to return Returns are free within 30 days of delivery, by collection or drop-off, and must be sent from the UAE. Keep the Farfetch security tag in its original place, return jewellery with all its branded packaging and papers, and do not mark the soles of shoes you try on. Farfetch can restrict accounts with excessive returns. - In Orders & Returns (or the guest order link), open the order and select Return Item(s). - Tick the items going back and choose a reason for each. - Book a collection by choosing the address, how many packages, and a date and time slot, or pick a drop-off at a partner boutique or courier point. - Pack items in the Farfetch packaging with their boxes, dust bags or cases, one parcel per boutique. - Attach the return label outside, add the return note if there is one, and give the courier the waybill document. - Keep the waybill number and make sure the courier scans the label. Documents can be reprinted from Orders & Returns. ## Refund timing Count it in two stages. Up to 6 days for the boutique to check the item, then up to 14 days for your bank or PayPal to show the credit. On a normal return the delivery charge stays with Farfetch, so a refund is the item price only. Choosing a Farfetch account refund instead gives credit valid for 5 years from acceptance, used automatically at your next checkout and never paid out as cash. If you paid with Tamara, Farfetch does not explain the refund route, so follow the order in your Tamara account after the return is accepted. ## Payment The UAE storefront charges in AED. Accepted methods on Farfetch's payment page are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Tamara and cryptocurrency; Tabby and cash on delivery are not offered. Card and PayPal payments are taken at the moment you order. Tamara may add its own fees under its terms. Prices are set by each boutique and are not locked by adding to your bag, so the total can change before you pay. A UAE bank may charge a fee on a payment to a UK-based merchant. Because the items came from different brands or boutiques. Each seller processes and ships its own pieces, so one order can turn into two or three parcels with separate tracking numbers and different delivery days. Check Orders & Returns to see which items are still on the way. ### Can I reschedule a Farfetch return collection in the UAE? Yes. After booking a collection you can change the date and time from Orders & Returns. Do it before the courier is due, and keep the new slot within the 30-day window. If the collection keeps failing, the drop-off option at a partner boutique or courier point is also free. ### Is the shipping charge refunded if I cancel instead of return? Yes. A cancellation made before the shipment is prepared refunds the full amount including shipping, and a cancellation after the label is printed becomes a free return with shipping refunded once the item is accepted. An ordinary return after delivery refunds only the items, not the delivery charge. ### What if I want to send a UAE order back while travelling abroad? Only at your own cost. Farfetch asks for returns to be made from the country the order was delivered to. If you send it from elsewhere, you pay the shipping and carry the risk, unless the item was wrong, damaged or faulty. Book the return before you travel if you can. ### How do I remove a saved card from Farfetch? Start a purchase, then select Edit under the payment method at checkout and delete the card details. Farfetch says payment data is kept confidential and that every payment passes security checks, but removing an old card is the simplest way to stop it being used by mistake on a new order. ### What if a Farfetch parcel is left uncollected in the UAE? It goes back to origin. After a missed delivery the courier may try again or hold the parcel at a collection point, but if it stays uncollected it is returned to the boutique.
