# Farfetch Saudi Arabia: delivery, returns and customer service

## Customer service

Farfetch handles Saudi orders through its global customer service, reached from the Contact us page on the Saudi storefront. Its returns page lists three phone numbers for cancellations, 00971454163660, 0096522279504 and 00442039848044, which carry UAE, Kuwait and UK dialling codes. None of them is a Saudi number, and Farfetch does not publish opening hours, a support email or a live chat on the help pages we read.

If you call to cancel, have your name, delivery address and order reference ready, because Farfetch asks for all three. For a faulty or wrongly described item, contact customer service as soon as it arrives rather than starting an ordinary return.

## Delivery to Saudi Arabia

Each item ships from the brand or partner boutique that holds it, and that seller has 2 business days to prepare it. Express delivery is offered to most destinations and the available services and what they cost are shown at checkout once a Saudi address is entered. Farfetch gives no Saudi-specific transit time; for its rest-of-world zone it quotes 3 to 7 days from dispatch, as an estimate rather than a promise.

Deliveries run seven days a week, and depending on the route the parcel may come with DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or DPD. Some orders need a signature. If nobody is in, the courier may try again or move the parcel to a collection point, and an uncollected parcel goes back to where it came from. PO Box addresses cannot be used, so give a street address. An order with items from several boutiques can arrive as separate parcels on different days.

## Tracking and changing an order

Two emails mark the progress of an order: a confirmation when you place it, then a second one with the tracking number when it ships. You can also follow every parcel under Orders & Returns in your account; if you checked out as a guest, use the guest order lookup with your order details instead.

Farfetch does not say whether an address or an item can be changed after the order is placed. If you need a change, contact customer service quickly, before the boutique prints the shipping label. Otherwise the realistic route is to cancel and order again.

## Cancelling an order

To cancel, open Orders & Returns, choose the items and a reason, and confirm; an email confirms the cancellation. If the option is not shown, customer service can do it for you. What you get back depends on timing. Before the order is prepared for shipping, which usually means before the label is printed, you receive a full refund including shipping. After that point the cancellation becomes a free return, and the full amount, shipping included, comes back once the returned item is received and accepted.

Made-to-order and customised pieces are the exception: they can only be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering.

## Returning an item

The window is 30 days from the delivery date. Booking a courier collection costs nothing, and neither does a drop-off. Items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with tags attached and original packaging. Shoes and accessories go back in their own boxes and dust bags inside a protective outer box, and beauty products must be unopened with seals intact. Face masks and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty. The return has to start in Saudi Arabia; sending it from another country means paying the cost yourself.

- Sign in and open Orders & Returns, or use the guest order details link.
- Find the order, select Return Item(s), and pick each item and a reason.
- Choose a collection: set the address, number of packages, date and time, then select Book Collection. You can reschedule later from the same page. Or choose a drop-off at a partner boutique or courier point.
- Pack each item in the Farfetch packaging with its brand box or dust bag. Pieces from different boutiques go in separate parcels.
- Stick the return label on the outside, put the return note inside if you received one, and hand the waybill document to the courier.
- Write down the waybill number and ask the courier to scan the label in front of you.

## Refunds

Once the parcel reaches the boutique, processing can take up to 6 calendar days. The refund then goes to your original payment method and may need as long as 14 days to show on your statement, depending on the provider. Delivery charges are not refunded on an ordinary return, but they are on a cancellation or when an item was wrong, damaged or faulty.

You may instead be offered a refund to your Farfetch account. That credit lasts 5 years from the date the return is accepted, is applied automatically to your next order, and cannot be transferred or turned into cash. Farfetch does not describe how a Tamara refund is handled, so check the Tamara app once the return is accepted.

## Payment

Prices on the Saudi storefront are in SAR, with duties and taxes already included. Farfetch's payment page lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Tamara and cryptocurrency. mada, Tabby and cash on delivery are not listed. Cards, PayPal and crypto are charged when you place the order, not when it ships, and every payment goes through security checks.

### How do I track a Farfetch order in Saudi Arabia?

Use the tracking number in the shipping email, or open Orders & Returns in your account, where each parcel is listed separately. Guest shoppers use the guest order lookup with their order details. An order from several boutiques can have more than one tracking number, because each seller ships its own items.

### Is it too late to cancel once my order has shipped?

Not as a cancellation, but you can still get your money back. Once the label is printed, Farfetch turns the cancellation into a free return, and you receive the full amount, including shipping, after the item is received and accepted. Made-to-order pieces can only be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering.

### What happens if I miss the courier in Saudi Arabia?
