## How to use a Faces code

- Open faces.ae or faces.sa, or the Faces app, depending on where you live; codes are set up separately for each country.
- If a code comes from a Faces landing page, add products from that page, since those codes cover a listed selection rather than the whole store.
- In the basket, enter the code in the promo code field and apply it before moving to payment.
- Check the discount line against the item list, then pick standard or express delivery and your payment method.
- For the first-order app discount, place the order inside the app rather than on the website.

## Delivery and fees in KSA

Faces runs three delivery tiers in Saudi Arabia. Standard delivery costs SAR 10 and becomes free at SAR 299. Jeddah and Riyadh get it in 2 to 3 working days; shoppers in Makkah, Madinah and Taif wait 3 to 5, and the rest of the Kingdom 5 to 7.

Express delivery, within 24 hours or next day in the main cities, is SAR 15, or free from SAR 499. In Riyadh there is also a two-hour service, which costs SAR 40 unless the order reaches SAR 600.

The gaps between those levels matter when you use a code. A SAR 320 basket that drops to about SAR 290 after a 10% code loses free standard delivery and pays SAR 10, which eats a third of the saving. Check the delivery line again after the discount is applied, and choose the slower option if the faster one would cost you SAR 15 or SAR 40 more.

## Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia has the stricter of the two Faces return policies. You have 7 days from delivery, and the return is arranged by calling customer service on 8004358000. But makeup and skincare are excluded outright, and so are items bought on sale or promotion or any product that has been opened.

In practice that leaves mainly unopened fragrance, haircare and similar items bought at full price. Because the official codes discount a long list of beauty products, a coded purchase is often one you will not be able to send back, so check shades and formulas before ordering.

When a return is accepted, Faces refunds the product value only. Delivery charges and the SAR 15 cash-on-delivery fee are kept. If you paid cash, the refund takes the form of store credit, an e-gift card or an online voucher, not banknotes.

## Paying in Saudi Arabia

faces.sa accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and offers instalments with both Tabby and Tamara. Cash on delivery is available too, with a SAR 15 charge per order.

That SAR 15 is worth comparing with your discount. On a SAR 150 basket a 10% code saves SAR 15, exactly what cash on delivery costs, so paying by card or instalments keeps the whole saving. The fee is also not refunded if you return anything.

mada and Apple Pay are not listed on the Faces Saudi pages we read, so we cannot say whether they appear at checkout. One official code has a name that hints at Tabby; its landing page lists eligible products but no condition about the payment method, so check the total before and after choosing how to pay.

## Before you pay at Faces in Saudi Arabia

- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 299; below that it costs SAR 10. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for SAR 15. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 7 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- At least one offer works only in the Faces app. Install it and sign in before you build the basket.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.

## Tips for saving at Faces in Saudi Arabia

- Shop from the official code's landing page: the discount only covers the products listed there.
- After applying a code, recheck delivery; dropping under SAR 299 adds SAR 10.
- Riyadh two-hour delivery costs SAR 40 below SAR 600, so pick standard or express unless you really need it.
- Choose shades in a store first, since makeup and skincare bought online cannot be returned in Saudi Arabia.
